Upon arrival, you will deposit a deposit of CHF 300, which you will receive back no later than 2 weeks after departure and our final inspection. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

In the summer months from May to October, we offer professional end-of-stay cleaning. The costs for the end-of-stay cleaning are CHF 380. We ask you to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition.

So in the morning after breakfast one can go directly skiing. The hut has everything needed in the kitchen, good equipped. Wooden stove works great and heat up the hut perfectly. We had no problems with electricity using the solar panels, but also we didn't used much. Warm water is a big plus. The surrounding area is great. We been with 4 kids (4-8 years). They all managed to get up to the hut from parking alone. Maybe a bit more description on hove to get to the hut. It you go in the winter and cary yourself luggage (without cable car) it might be easier to go from another side (Voa Spoina Seura) it is less elevation difference and was better snow coverage (we went on touring skies). From Pedra Grossa there was almost no snow."

Le Chalet is situated on a sunny terrace above Lenzerheide. The cosy hamlet is been kept, like in the old times.

The location is very quiet and south facing. Sporz can be reached from Lenzerheide in 3 minutes by car. In Sporz there are 2 restaurants and a bar.
The nearest ski lift can be reached directly from the house on skis. Snow clearance is guaranteed. A garage is available. The entire furnishing is very well maintained and selected with Bulthaupt kitchen. The whole house has an exceptionally high standard. A bijou for aesthetes.

Downstairs the living room opens directly onto the balcony which leads into the adjoining garden and upstairs you step out onto the sunny balcony where you have a view over the valley.

The beautiful detached house is located at a quiet location with a direct access to the ski lift and slope from which the whole ski resort Lenzerheide-Arosa can be reached.
It has a large garden (1000qm2) with a sun terrace, a large parking area and a garage. Exactly opposite to the house there you will find the bus station from where you can reach the village centre in a few minutes (free of charge).

In winter, you can reach the Rothorn side directly with the skis via Dieschen Lift.
