Built in 1939, the chalet was one of the first vacation homes in the village where our family has been spending their vacation time with relatives and friends for several generations. Unimpressed by the rapid development of the village, the charming magic house still sits enthroned next to a large boulder and offers plenty of coziness, tranquility and unobstructed views of the village, forest and mountains.
The space
The house invites you to spend cozy hours in fine company, to unwind, to philosophize or simply to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A place where the children can romp in the garden or a retreat for creative people and remote workers to devote themselves to their work in an undisturbed environment.

Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. In winter with skis, snowboards, snowshoes or skins where you can reach the slopes directly from the cottage (ski in ski out). Skiing in one of the top renovated ski resorts with over 250 km of ski slopes.
