- "We booked into the hotel not knowing anything about it whilst visiting our Son who is a ski instructor in Flims. The price suggested that the hotel would be reasonable but no more (thanks Expedia - great price !). As it turned out, it was perhaps one of the best hotels we have stayed in with a very high level of service - staff were very good indeed. The room in the Belmont section was huge with a balcony, walk-in wardrobe, lounge area. Breakfast was top class and other restaurants in the group also very good - try the curling bar for a good atmosphere. Facilities include a very good spa - inside and outside pools, gym with classes etc. The hotel is well situated for skiing, restaurants and the town. They are in the process of installing a new golf facility and we may return for this later in the year. Overall, highly recommended."

- "I travel all the time and this location in Flims ( next to LAAX ski resort) was one of the best. The hotel staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. The attention to detail for skier is great—the early morning breakfast to get you on the slopes on time. One of the hidden treasures of this hotel is the FREE bus stop across the street ( Post Office stop). The bus leaves at 8:25 each day and picks you up and drops you off right at TRAM. I noticed other skiers walking down the street in their Ski Boots each morning and night ...we never had to do that. There are also 3 restaurants in the hotel and there is a super market down the street to get BEER ,Water and snacks . I will go back again !!! and also ...LAAX is a wonderful resort . "

- "This is one of the few beautiful old style smaller chalets left in Flims. The charm of the house added to our holiday experience: like how a holiday in Switzerland is meant to be. The interior is also in style, simple and functional and had everything we needed, including a tile stove to heat the living room. Beds were good. We were there with 4 guests, which left us with plenty of space as the house has beds for 7 or 8. With one bathroom and a small kitchen I would probably not go there with two families, but for one large family it is perfect. The surroundings are beautiful, at walking distance from the cauma lake and the shops in the village, The house is located towards the end of a dead end street, so very quiet. Official footpaths start in a few hundred meters from the house. We went to the ski lifts by car and parked our cars in the new Stenna parking. There is a ski bus stop near the house as well, though. We found the flims- laax- falera ski area is one of the best we have ever visited. Contact with the owners was excellent, very friendly. "
