Equipped with a whirlpool bathtub, rain showers, a fully functional kitchen, heated floor and more it includes everything you need for a relaxing stay. The chalet is situated in one of Engelberg's best prime locations. It has stunning views on Titlis, while the skiing resort and village centre is easily accessible by a free bus service in winter.

The living room features a cheminée (indoor fireplace) as well as a table area for up to 8 people. One bathroom is equipped with a shower plus rain shower, toilet and sink. Another downstairs bathroom with a shower, rain shower, whirlpool bathtub a toilet and two sinks. There are three dedicated bedrooms; from two of which you have a wonderful view on mount Titlis and access to the balcony. One has a french double bed and another one two beds one of which is extensible to a fully sized and functional single bed. The third bedroom has one solid, wooden bed.
All bedrooms have plenty of space for storage. The laundry machine, dryer and ski boots & gloves drying device are located in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, popcorn machine, toaster, blender, water boiler, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, steamer and dishwasher.
Also, there is a raclette and cheese/meat fondue set.
In the spacious living room two large leather sofas are located. On the upper floor there is besides two cribs another sofa which can be extended to provide an additional sleeping opportunity. Children's high chairs as well as a big children's play area with many games etc are also available. The house is now new for rent on Vrbo after a long renovation period in which it was fully renovated.
Also it's worth to mention that the entire garden with its outdoor seating area will be fully yours during your stay. As well there is free WI-FI as well as one free parking in proximity of the chalet available.
In summer there are many hiking trails starting from right behind the house and in winter there are many ski slopes and sledge slopes close to the house. Also there is a free bus service operating in 30min intervals 100m from the chalet which can take you to the village centre or cable car station in 10 minutes.

The Wasserfallstrasse is easily accessible and is located on the slightly shaded side of the valley and is home to various commercial establishments in the neighborhood.

The holiday house Chalet Eien (about 103 m2 on 2 floors) is located about 1.5 km outside the center, flat access (street in front of the house, in winter free bus stop). The village centre and the Titlis valley station can be easily reached on foot in 15 minutes. We recommend taking snow chains with you in winter.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious room with double twin beds and ensuite shower/bathroom, a hobby room and the heating room with washer and drier.

On the first floor, you will find three more rooms, a bathroom with tub, the kitchen as well as the living-/dining room with a large balcony and view.

The space
The spacious house has a lounge with a view of the mountains on both the ground floor and the upper floor. The large terrace on the upper floor can be used with garden furniture as well as the paved forecourt in front of the entrance.

There is also a bath/WC or shower/WC on each floor. There is also a refrigerator in the corridor (ground floor) as well as in the kitchen (upper floor).

Guest access
Access to all rooms of the house, including heating and laundry room. No access to the cellar compartment and screed. Certain closets are private and therefore not accessible to guests.
Access to the entire surrounding area of the house (not fenced natural garden with meadow and natural hedges). Terrain is steep (slope) but not* dangerous. (*WINTER: Please take care of your children under 7 years playing outside the house!)
In the SUMMER months, please only enter mown meadows and leave no waste (rest of the grass is mowed once or twice a year for animal feed).

Other things to note
In the common room on the ground floor, two cots and two additional mattresses are stored. These can be accommodated in a single room (upper floor) or in one of the two large double rooms if required.

With the exception of the winter months, noise emissions from the swimming pool construction site (200 m away below the property) cannot be ruled out between March 2025 and May 2027.

Our Chalet is situated on the sunny side of Engelberg and offers a spectacular 180 degree view of mountains (including Titlis), the valley, the village and the monastery. We just renovated the old wooden Chalet in a Scandinavian Look with lots of love. We hope you appreciate the spacious and well equipped kitchen and all the stylish details of the Chalets as much as we do. We don't have a parking space, but there is a public parking space not far to it. It takes you 5-10minutes to walk there.

This sun-drenched newly renovated and stylishly furnished heart project invites families & friends to relax.
The fantastic mountain view from the balcony is simply amazing in the morning as in the evening. The house is just outside and yet only 3-5 min. from the center by car. In the heart of Engelberg there are great bars, restaurants and many shopping opportunities, which are open 7 days a week. A private garage is available on the premises.

The space
The house is located on 2 floors and has everything your heart desires. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a double box spring bed and 1 with a large, comfortable sofa bed. On each floor there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances - microwave, induction stove, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
In addition, raclette/fondue/fondue chinoise dishes are available.

In the garden you can use the spacious lounge including bar table and a large gas grill for cozy evenings.

The garage has direct access to the house and offers enough space for your ski/snowboard equipment etc.

Our house is just a five-minute walk from the Engelberger Aa, a crystal-clear glacier river that you can hike along with its seven suspension bridges towards Engelberg.

We offer accommodation for groups of up to 14 people in 6 lovingly furnished rooms. You have access to 2 modern guest bathrooms, a renovated kitchen, and two cozy living and dining areas. Outside, there is a fire pit, perfect for sociable barbecues. Firewood can be purchased from us, but you are also welcome to bring your own wood or charcoal.

• Heating: The house is primarily heated with a tiled stove operated by the owner. An oil heating system with a thermostat and a small fireplace in the second living room are also available.
• Recycling: We place great importance on recycling. Recycling bins for cardboard, glass, PET bottles, tin cans, and general cans are located outside next to the door, directly at the main entrance. A bowl for organic waste is available in the kitchen.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours should be observed outside after 10 PM, as we have neighbors.
• Garden and Activities: Enjoy the permaculture garden and the bog bed where we cultivate 27 different types of berries. Explore the surroundings, just a five-minute walk from the Engelberger Aa with its seven suspension bridges.

The chalet is only accessible by stairs - there is no indoor elevator.
