Great for summer, sightseeing and hiking holidays in the Swiss Alps: Wonderful chalet from 1934 in Brienz, partially renovated in 2013, with a two-room and a five-room apartment, fully equipped, with a magnificent view on the lake and the mountains, in a very calm residential area, just 7 minutes away on foot from the train station and shops.

Discover your perfect getaway in this charming little holiday flat. The studio is located in a detached chalet and is ideal for 1 to 2 guests. The well-kept property is situated on a slope at the edge of the forest and boasts a magnificent view of the lake. The elevated and quiet location allows you to enjoy nature to the full. Unfortunately, the property is not wheelchair accessible. We therefore have to advise people with walking difficulties against our property. It is not possible to drive all the way to the property by car. Luggage must be carried for the last 80 metres. However, a unique panoramic view over the whole of Lake Brienz and the surrounding mountains makes up for everything.

Our holiday flat is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A capsule coffee machine including coffee promises uncomplicated coffee moments in the morning, while the dishwasher makes washing up easy. Meals can be prepared quickly and energy-efficiently on an induction hob. A kettle, toaster and fully equipped kitchen are also available. You will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use in a separate room.

Outside, a sheltered seating area with an additional terrace, surrounded by a beautiful flower garden, invites you to relax and linger. Please no outside shoes inside the apartment. You may place your outside shoes next to the white coat rack, or in the wardrobe, or outside the apartment door. House shoes/slippers are provided.

TRASH/RECYCLE
Trash and food waste should be deposited in the container under the kitchen sink. If you want to remove this trash bag, you can place it in the green bin outside in front of the garage.
Recycle information is on the door under the kitchen sink but the recycle bins are Inside the laundry room which is located in the main hallway of the chalet next to the stairs.

BATHROOM
Please do not remove handheld showerhead and only use the showerhead inside the shower.

This beautiful rustic heimetli was newly renovated. It is located above Brienz away from the noise. By car, you are in 15.
20 min in Interlaken. You can drive directly to the holiday accommodation. In the area there are beautiful hiking trails and attractions such as the Ballenberg. You can shop in the village which is about 2,5 km away. The house has 2 parking spaces and sleeps 6.

This house is old and have chosen, some antique pieces of furniture. It is not an anonymous place full of Ikea furniture, but a place with an own atmosphere and with an own style. Don't come to us if you have no interest for this or if you can't make your children respect old things!

Please note that Brienz is in the vicinity of the military airbase of Meiringen. With the exception of summer time, it is therefore possible that take-offs and landings take place every working day between 08:30 and 11:30, and between 13:30 and 17:00.
