Situated above Davos Glaris, you can enjoy a direct view of the breathtaking Rinerhorn ski area. Thanks to its location, our chalet is also easily accessible in winter, without the need for 4x4 drives or snow chains - with direct access to the ground-level garage, which with its comfortable height is even suitable for a ski coffin.

The interior of our chalet creates an ambience in a class of its own. You will find an open, comfortably equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired: Wine cooler, built-in coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, oven and a fridge-freezer are all part of the equipment. There is also a spacious living/dining room, a generous gallery with a reading and work area and bathrooms that leave nothing to be desired. We have placed particular emphasis on a tasteful mix of modern elements and old antiques and original paintings.

- "The property is fantastic - beautifully designed and well equipped. We liked being out of the town, as was scenic and peaceful - close to the Rinerhorn lift and excellent transport links. Our only criticism of the chalet was that it has 3 double beds, and it wasn't possible to split any into twin beds for the single guests. The booking was complicated and confusing as once you have booked (and paid) VRBO, you are then passed onto another company called E-Domizil - and so had to check this wasn't online fraud before proceeding to pay. Then, the owner wanted other things paying for directly to them before they would release the access information (eg cleaning, linen, sauna). We then arrived at chalet and were instructed to pay tourist tax in town (in guest booklet which turned out to be out of date) but later found had paid twice - so had to go back to town for a refund. As for the rubbish/recycling - despite paying a cleaning fee we had to deliver rubbish to several locations - some places were hard to find - and this wasn't really how we wanted to spend the holiday. Hopefully these issues can be dealt with - but you might want to check if this is an issue for you."

In winter, you can reach directly through the black-marked deep snow run from the Jakobshorn.

Since Davos is a spa resort, a tourist tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older.

Our house is small and charmingly decorated. Different rooms designed differently, make the house so special. A private house bar where a fondue or apero with friends can be enjoyed, testify to rustic evenings.
A fireplace characterizes the living room, for a cozy atmosphere or also for a fine roast on the Spiess or other barbecue.
The house sits a bit higher than Davos, so snow safe over the winter and ideal for building snow huts or snowmen.

The house is located on Lake Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos is accessible by public transport.
It has a large living room with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and wood-burning stove.
The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Water from its own source, electricity and hot water are provided.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The house is ideal for up to 7 people, but it can also accommodate 8.
In winter, you park on the street. From there it is 150 m on a path to the house. If it has snowed recently, it is a bit difficult.

The space
The house is away from everything. So it's absolutely quiet. The living room has a large window which is like a TV into nature.

The wooden chalet is located in the middle of the forest in Davos-Wolfgang and has a fantastic 40m2 terrace with a beautiful view of the forest.

The chalet has been luxuriously renovated with old wood. The centre of Davos is in the immediate vicinity, the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.

In winter, the cross-country ski run is practically on the doorstep and you can ski from the Parsenn ski area to the front of the house. In summer there is a large hiking area and many idyllic lakes.

The space
5 ½ room chalet with living and dining room, fireplace, TV, terrace and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and large entrance - approx 200m2.

The master bedroom has a bathroom "en suite" and a double bed 160/200.
The second bedroom has a small washbasin, TV and also a double bed 160/200. The third bedroom has a bunk bed 90/200.
The fourth bedroom has a single bed 90/200.

The chalet is the last house in a dead-end street. So they have no traffic at all. You can park in front of the house. You rent the whole chalet for your own.

Other things to note
The chalet has recently been luxuriously renovated with old wood. It is a bijoux in the mountains with typical chalet chic and design down to the last detail.

The entrance is on the ground floor, where there is also a huge entrance hall with living room, kitchen and dining room. Two bedrooms are also there and opposite the bathroom.

On the ground floor are the two large bedrooms with double bed and large windows.
