On winter holidays you can go skiing, snowboarding or sledding in the family-friendly ski resort with 41 km of slopes and 9 lifts,

The free ski bus takes you directly to the valley station of the cable cars, the bus stop is just a few meters from the apartment.

Our new apartments, rented for the first time in the summer of 2021, are located in a very central location, not far from the town center of Kappl and numerous other infrastructural highlights (e.g.: bus stops to Ischgl and lake 100/30 m, restaurant 500 m, mountain railways Kappl 1.5 km, cable cars Ischgl 8 km, ...).

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have come to the right place.

Parties and gatherings of a similar nature are not desired, out of consideration for other guests that are also in the house.

They have two double rooms, each with a shower/toilet (rain dance shower, hair dryer, towel dryer, cosmetic mirror, etc.) and the kitchen-living room. If necessary, a 5th person can stay in the sofa bed in the kitchen-living room (extra charge).
