The location is simply unbeatable! Just 25 metres from the town centre of Schruns, you have access to restaurants, shopping opportunities and public transport. Skiers will love the proximity to the Hochjoch cable car (1.2 km), while nature lovers can enjoy the mountain views and the proximity to the Verwall Nature Park.

Sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here: Mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, climbing and paragliding are just a few of the numerous activities in the area. With WiFi, satellite Tv and a cosy seating area, relaxation is also taken care of.

We are renting our beautiful, centrally located apartment again at short notice and look forward to old and new guests. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Hochjochbahn and the village center. The buses to Silvretta and Gargellen run right next door.

Within walking distance are various restaurants. The terrace is available for exclusive use. The apartment has a double bedroom. In the living-dining room there is a pull-out sofa bed for 1 - 2 people.

The space
Ideal for mountain fans - it's a three-minute walk to the gondola. The apartment is very bright and open. The terrace is accessible through the living room and bedroom.

We live near the center of Schruns on Silvrettastraße, which leads through the village (40 km/h). The bedroom only opens onto the terrace, the living room also has windows to the side facing the street.

Guest access
The terrace is used exclusively by the holiday guests and offers a beautiful view. Parking is available behind the house free of charge.

Other things to note
Since the apartment can be reached via an (internal) staircase, you should be reasonably mobile.

The municipality of Schruns also charges a guest tax (tourist tax, which is used for the maintenance of hiking trails, public squares, etc.) for people aged 14 and over, in the amount of €2.50 per person per night. The guest tax is not included in the overnight fee - We therefore ask our guests to pay this in cash during the vacation, for which you will receive a confirmation. Hotels, apartment owners, etc. then forward this to the municipality.

The municipality of Schruns collects a visitor's tax (tourist tax). This is used to maintain hiking trails, public places, etc. Currently, the tax is €2.50 per person per night and is not included in the booking price. Therefore, we ask our guests to pay the resulting amount during their stay. As all tourist accommodations forward this to the municipality, you will of course receive a formal notification :)

Our 26 m² cottage "Kleine Auszeit" impresses small, but nice with inviting amenities and atmosphere. If it may be a little more than that, our 90m² and bright apartment "Große Auszeit" offers more space to linger. Whether small or large... and also the four-legged treasures are welcome here. This house has cabin character and is not suitable for meticulous guests. Guest card on request and payment of the guest tax. The apartment on the top floor of the house is located in the middle of Schruns, on the Litzpromenade (river). The center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Through a keysafe, the apartment can be entered contactlessly at any time after 15:00. You will receive the key safe code 1-3 days before your arrival. Parking for 1 car, max. 2 m wide and 4 m long!

The space
The apartment is located in a house on Litzpromenade by the river. The apartment is open. The size of the apartment is 50 m² (34 m² minus sloping ceilings). The double bed has a size of 180 × 200 cm.

Other things to note
This house has a cottage character and is not suitable for meticulous guests. Since dogs are allowed in the apartment, it is not suitable for allergy sufferers.
