You can feel Lake Constance and reach it on foot in 5 minutes at a well-maintained, public, free beach,⛱🏊🐟☀️or you opt for a shore bike tour, 🚲which also starts in front of the house.
Leave your car in your parking lot (no small truck) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜 is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, within walking distance of Lake Constance. The house is directly at the campsite Weiß and Natura 2000 area.

The flat lies in a very good, quiet residential area with the outskirts of Bregenz. It is in the raised ground floor and has a garden in which you can grill solar bathing, and take it easy(relax).

Before the house a shady wine bower is available to you to the comfortable Zusammensitzen, a rustproof grill is offered to it. Also for children consists the possibility to build up a tent in the garden.

Park possibility is given at the house, with arrival by the train an pick-up-service can be also organised. Behind the house there is a footpath which leads on foot approx. 15 min to the lake and beach.

By the lake you can reach on the left side the nature reserve "Bregenzer Ache", or on the right along the lake by the bicycle or on foot in the centre with all its entertainments.

Near the holiday apartment there are food markets, doctor, hairdresser, post as well as a bus stop.
You receive fresh bread rolls (buns) at the end of the street.

The flat is arranged homely and has the quality category "Three Edelweiss".

Adjacent to it is a lightly secured pond with a depth of approximately 1.3 meters.

We have deliberately reduced the apartment to the essentials and implemented it in high design quality so that you can switch off from everyday life and relax. If you want to take a vacation from the car, we will provide you with bicycles and inform you about the well-developed bus and train network.

You will find a modern, light and airy holiday apartment on the renovated top floor. The many windows allow beautiful views of the surroundings, from the woodlands of the nearby Pfänder mountain over the rooftops of historic Bregenz to the distant Swiss mountains.


We have consciously reduced the interior and furnishings of the apartment to a minimum, giving you a high-quality and serene environment where you can relax and forget about everyday life. If you choose to travel without a car, we provide you with bicycles or help you organize alternative transport using frequent bus or train services.

We are particularly pleased about families with small guests. In the garden there is a playground, herbs to pick yourself and berries to snack on. Bicycle storage and rental bikes are provided.
