Our apartment is located in the heart of Vorarlberg, in Nenzing.
About 5 km away is the city of Feldkirch - sight: Schattenburg
The mountain regions of Montafon or the Arlberg can be reached in a short time and invite you for hiking, skiing or biking.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein can also be reached in a few minutes by car.

The space
The newly renovated apartment covers about 60 m² and can be occupied by up to 4 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed.
Also available is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
In the kitchen, a wood-burning stove invites you to linger comfortably.

Guest access
The apartment is available to guests alone. The kitchen has an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a large fridge. The en-suite en suite features a glass showers, toilets and sink. In the living room there is a TV and numerous board games.

House Irma is located right in the heart of Mellau directly on the beautiful Mellenbach. The peaceful surroundings and the sound of the creek invite you to relax and unwind. Within walking distance you can reach the grocery store, the tourist office, the bank, the outdoor swimming pool, a new playground and any regional gastronomy. Also the ski bus stop is only 3 min walk from the house. Parking is available in front of the house. A ski room gives the opportunity to store your ski equipment.

The space
On request, we provide on request for our youngest guests baby cot and high chair. Our apartments are of course fully equipped for everyday vacation needs.

Attention: The house is located in the center of Bregenz and has no private parking. There are almost always enough street parking spaces, which are moderately chargeable during the day. Google knows the current prices.
