The house consists of two residential areas. The great-aunt lives on the upper floor. The lower area of the house, including garden and beautiful views, invites you to a relaxing vacation. Just a short walk away is Lake Maltschach. In front of the house is a private parking lot just for my guests. In the bedroom there is a Joka box spring bed and in the living room a pull-out couch with slatted base. The apartment is heated with underfloor heating and a wood stove in the kitchen

The space
The property is located in a house. Your stay is in a separate, newly renovated apartment. A fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. (Steamer and oven 2 in 1, induction range, and much more) The bedroom has a box-spring bed by JOKA. In the living-dining-kitchen area is the sofa bed. In the huge garden there is enough space to sunbathe, lie in the hammock, and have breakfast outside. A fire pit is also there as well as the necessary wood for cozy evenings. The raised bed is filled with herbs, which can be used for cooking.

The apartment is located in a 200-year-old house that used to house a carpentry shop. It is south-facing and is located right in the heart of Treffen. The central location makes it an ideal starting point for excursions throughout Carinthia, but day trips to Italy and Slovenia can also be perfectly planned from here.
