The breathtaking panorama offers the right ambience for everyone who is looking for peace and relaxation, far away from the hectic everyday life, at any time of the year. The large fenced patio is ideal for dog owners. Dogs are very welcome and live free of charge. Despite our idyllic, secluded location, we can be reached by car all year round.

The guest area extends over 2 floors and has 5 double rooms, 1 small additional room with double bed, 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bath/toilet, 2 complete. equipped kitchens and 1 lounge with satellite TV.

Our guest house is heated with a modern pellet system supported by 14m² solar panels. All water consumption is supplied by the in-house spring.

The impressively located, charming and comfortably designed house with chalet flair sits enthroned on the back of the pledges and is certainly one of the most extraordinary hideaways on Lake Constance. It has a 340 degree panoramic view from the back of the pledges over the Rhine Valley, the Alps, directly to the city of Bregenz with the harbor and the festival site, further over Switzerland and Lake Constance, the beautiful island of Lindau and the Allgäu. Here you can enjoy the sun from early in the morning to one of the most unforgettable sunsets over the mountains or over Lake Constance. It depends on the season of your stay. The house has beautifully situated terraces, a fireplace in the living room, a panoramic swimming pool 8 x 4 m and a spacious sauna. The architecture with the spacious, covered terrace conveys the feeling of an eagle's nest high above Bregenz and the lake and yet in the middle of nature.
