However, Philipp (who manages the property) was always responsible and helpful. The Chalet looks exactly the same (if not better) as these beautiful picture. It comes with well-equipped kitchen (we cooked dinner twice), two massive TVs, fireplace, plenty of space to hang out and relax. They also gave us some wine and cheese as well, which was a very nice touch. The chalet was located about 15-20 mins walk to the gondola, however it was really nice to walk in the morning so we didn't really mind. If you take a cab, it was usually EUR10, so not too bad if split with others, especially after a day of skiing. Jochberg itself felt more like a place for family, so no nightlife / not many places to eat out. Taxi to Kitzbuhel costs EUR25 - again, not too bad. The chalet was so nice that we spent a lot of time hanging out instead of going out, and we still had an amazing time. Overall, it was an amazing experience staying here and my friends and I had a great time. Thank you so much!"

Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of St Johann, the Chalet looks out onto the craggy massif of the renowned Wilder Kaiser along with views of Kitzbühler Horn. Each season presents it’s own charms be it the beautiful spring flowers; extensive hiking and cycling trails in the summer and autumn, or the dramatic scenery of the snow covered mountains with 2750km of perfectly groomed pistes.
The non-smoking Chalet with free Wi-Fi offers ideal accommodation from 1- 6 persons but will sleep up to 7 one bedroom can sleep 3.

The dining/kitchen is practical and well equipped with Miele appliances (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, family fridge and freezer). A washing machine and dryer are also available in the Chalet. The dining area allows you to enjoy the ambience whilst cooking in the kitchen or whilst you linger over a glass of wine after dinner.

- "Mooi ruim vakantiehuis. Met een fantastisch uitzicht" - "Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin. Lage des Ferienhauses war perfekt - Anreise mit dem PKW mit Schneeketten bis vors Haus möglich, trotzdem direkt an der Skipiste gelegen, dazu noch 2 Carports - einfach perfekt. Das renovierte 300 Jahre alte Bauernhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet (tolle Kombination von Alt und Neu). Auf der schönen Südterrasse mit Holztisch und Liegestühlen kann man prima draußen sitzen und genießen. Allerdings ist das Doppelzimmer im EG sehr klein und hat nur einen kleinen Schrank, der bei einer Belegung mit 2 Personen nicht ausreicht um alle Kleider zu verstauen. Auch der Platz am Tisch in der Küche ist, unserer Meinung nach bei einer Belegung mit 10 Personen ziemlich knapp bemessen (für unsere 7-köpfige Gruppe war es ausreichend). Es wäre auch schön, wenn im Badezimmer im EG ein paar Haken oder Halterungen zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern und Kleidern etc. vorhanden wären. Ansonsten war aber Alles perfekt und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder."

- "I stayed with 2 couples and 3 other friends (total group of 8) in the house and we had plenty of room! 4 of the rooms could easily fit couples, and the other two still had nice sized double beds. We loved using the sauna after a day skiing and every night we watched a film on the projector. The house itself is well equipped with plenty of towels, cooking equipment and entertainment. If you like coffee, we recommend bringing Nespresso pods for the coffee maker. The house is a 10 minute drive from the closest ski area but we really enjoyed driving to the ski area in Jochberg which was more of a 30-40 minute drive. A few supermarkets are 10 minutes drive away as well. The house is located in a small development but you can walk to a small village. I would really recommend this chalet- especially in winter since it has a beautiful fireplace and very comfortable areas for lounging."

Very cosy chalet, ideal as a starting point for various activities in the surrounding mountains. The chalet has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, open-air fireplace, pergola, terrace and garden. Our new lodge in the Tyro style is located in an idyllic and sunny location on a plot of more than 3500 m² in Sautens.

The space
The newly built lodge (65 m²) can accommodate 6 people and consists of a cozy kitchen (kitchenette, dining table, couch) where you can have a good time together. There is also a toilet, bedroom and a spacious bathroom on the first floor. On the upper floor, there is a sleeping loft gallery.

The lodge is centrally connected to a free ski bus (3-minute walk).
There is also a bakery and a grocery store nearby (5-minute walk)
The Höchoetz ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes by car (or alternatively by free ski bus).
The famous Sölden ski resort can be reached in 35 minutes by car (or alternatively free ski bus)
The Küthai ski resort is also nearby.
The outdoor swimming pool Sautens is about 200 meters from our lodge.
The very warm idyllically located mountain lake "Piburgersee" is also worth a trip.

The space
Holiday paradise in what is probably the most active valley in the world: Experience your own personal, summery hut magic in your own, comfortable XXL chalet in the middle of Fügen, near the Spieljochbahn (550 m above sea level). You are warmly welcomed and feel the very special flair of the spacious wooden chalets: original Tyrolean alpine hut on the outside and modern country house atmosphere on the inside. The solid wood interior creates a feel-good environment. Use the power source of the Zillertal Alps and recharge your batteries.

Cyclists receive a 10% discount at the bike rental (e-bikes, mountain bikes, etc.) just a few meters away. The Zillerpromenade is only 500 m away and is ideal for cycling and Nordic walking (equipment rental 300 m). You can access the large network of hiking trails (e.g. Marienberg, Goglhof) directly from the holiday home. Guided hikes are offered by the municipality (in some cases for a fee). Bicycle and hiking maps are available on site. The bathing lake in Schlitters offers wonderful refreshment and water fun. The impressive hiking paradise around the Spieljoch can be easily reached with the gondola lift: Once at the top, you can enjoy a magnificent panorama.

The nearby forest, 100 m away can be visited, if you want to spend some time in nature. Ski lift to Kaiserblick is 2 km away. The town centre of Sachrang, 3 km away can be visited, if you want to buy essentials or eat out. Walchsee Lake, 10 km away invites you to swim or relax.

The centrally heated chalet has a lovely garden, which will be your favourite spot to spend time in summers. Barbecue and parking are additional facilities for your comfort. The chalet is located 900 meters above Innsbruck in Tyrol - on the sunny slope of the North Chain massif of Hoch- Innsbruck. With good comfort, modern media and with gas heating - just as it should be. From the cottage, you are within ten minutes downtown Innsbruck with the Innsbruck Nordketten Bahn.

The space
The carefully restored historic chalet and cottage is 900 meters above Innsbruck in Tyrol - on the sunny slope of the Nordkettenberg massif of Hoch-Innsbruck. From here you have a view of a wonderful mountain panorama up to the Italian Alps. Here you will spend your days in absolute silence. In summer, the area is paradise for hikers. In winter, a well-developed ski resort with cable cars and lifts awaits you.

The chalet (Gramartstrasse 68) has an outdoor sauna, which can also be booked. The sauna is exclusively for guests of the chalet. The price is 100,- EUR for the entire stay. The booking can be made up to 4 days before arrival. After booking, you will receive an invoice for this, which must be paid by bank transfer BEFORE arrival. Otherwise, sauna use is not possible

Garbage separation:
The city of Innsbruck imposes penalties for non-compliance with waste separation. Therefore, we have to reclaim 10€ if we find after departure that paper, recyclables and residual waste were not separated correctly.

Romantic and beautiful - in the forest - stands the Tyrolean Chalet. At 1400 m surrounded by nature and the Tuxer Alps. Also known as Chalet "Auszeit."
In summer there are beautiful opportunities for hiking, mountain biking or picking berries and mushrooms. In winter, there is sledding, snowshoeing, skiing, ski tours. Everything is from the front door.
Close to Schwaz city center (10 km). Innsbruck Airport 35 km away, Munich 150 km. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

The apartment building is located in the mountaineering village and winter hiking village of Kartitsch. The apartment is 62m² and can accommodate 2-5 people. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.

The Chalet is situated just outside of the Historical centre of Kitzbühel. In the Winter, the lifts are in walking distance and one of the slopes runs just in the near ( when there is enough snow in the valley ). In Summer, you are just in between the lake and the Golf Club Rasmushof. To get into the centre its merely a 5-minute walk.
