The space
The 42 sqm Junior Suite is located on the first floor of a modern sustainable building. The staircase leads to the rooms with private bathroom.
The bedroom offers next to the double bed (160x200 cm) a small sideboard with mini fridge, a set of dishes, coffee maker and kettle.
I provide basic necessities at the beginning. These include milk, mineral water, coffee pods, tea, sugar and salt and pepper.
Breakfast is available by arrangement at an additional cost. Please let me know the day before!

About the living area:
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a curtain. In the living area is a sofa bed (140x200 cm) with room for 2 more guests. Recommended for 2 children or max. 1 adult.

At the dining table with 4 chairs you can comfortably work on your laptop or tablet.
The TV can be turned to the living area as well as to the bedroom.

A modern heating system and solar system provide heat and hot water in the house. The room temperature can be regulated. In winter it is pleasant and cozy due to the underfloor heating. The air in the house circulates through a central ventilation system.

Guest access
In addition, I offer a small furnished terrace on the east side in the outdoor area. Here you can also smoke.

Other things to note
Because of hardwood floors / wooden stairs I would be especially happy if they wear slippers or socks. (Both can be borrowed from me).
Since other people live on the floor, I ask from 22:00 clock for night rest.
There is no smoking in the whole house. This rule must be respected! Please!
