Visit our drinking water reservoirs, the Phänomenta Science Center, the Westphalian Salt Mines, the Karl May Festival, and Altena Castle with its adventure elevator. Visit monasteries, castles, and churches, or simply do nothing and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet – with a view of the countryside.

Amenities:
New, modernly furnished bedroom with sleeping space for two people in a new box spring bed. The large bedroom offers plenty of storage space for your vacation luggage. If you are traveling with a small child, I will be happy to provide you with a travel cot free of charge. Bed linen is included. Modern, energy-saving LED lighting has been installed in all rooms.

Living:
If you book a third person, a new, cozy mega-oversized functional corner with a guest bed is available in the large living room. The guest bed function offers plenty of space. With the 55-inch Panasonic TX-L55ETW60 LCD TV, movie nights can begin in a relaxed manner, and for cozy evenings, simply turn on the smoke-free LED fireplace. The large balcony also invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The Aparthotel Saatmann is the oldest family business in the pretty fishing village of Ahrenshoop. Just a 10-minute walk from the Baltic Sea, it offers Wi-Fi and a sauna for a small fee. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa from 1908. From the entrance area with a hallway (oak parquet) the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom go off. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a small family needs. Electric stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer with 2 compartments, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine with dryer, plate cups and everything you would expect in a kitchen, but no microwave.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with a bench, there is also a bathtub, a hand wash basin and a toilet. The living room and bedroom are connected by a large, massive, two-part sliding door. This is still in the original, from 1908, as is the oak parquet and the stucco ceilings. Bedroom with double bed (180x200) desk and wardrobe. In the living room with dining table and 4 chairs you will find a large couch that can be transformed into a sofa bed in 2 easy steps. (for max. one additional person or 2 children). There is also another couch. For (small) children there is a baby bed and the couch with sleeping function in the living room.
From the bedroom there is an exit to a small terrace, which is adjacent to the landlord's terrace. Smoking is allowed out here.
The apartment was extensively renovated until mid-2016, walls, ceilings, stucco, etc. The bathroom and kitchen have been completely redesigned or renewed.

Unless otherwise agreed, the apartment can be occupied from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be swept up to the landlord by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Our cozy 62 sqm apartment has been renovated and furnished with modern furniture. It is in an absolute top location and is perfect due to its proximity to the ski slopes, the bike arena and the hiking paradise Rothaarsteig. The apartment is in an apartment building and has a parking space .. Parking spaces for cars can also be found in the rear garden area. The fast Internet of a cable provider is available to our guests free of charge and the WiFi access is easy with the help of short instructions posted in the apartment.
The apartment has a furnished balcony, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Mirror cabinet, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer (+ diffuser) are available.
The modern living room with wall unit + wardrobe offers 2 additional sleeping options thanks to the pull-out, cozy living area. The flat-screen TV with satellite reception, the Blue-Ray DVD player, the CD / radio with USB connection and the additional music system as well as various CDs and DVDs are used for entertainment.
There is also a WiFi / Bluetooth speaker that can be paired with a smartphone and thus offers the possibility to play the favorite music from your own cell phone. With the multi-USB quick charging station, your devices can be charged quickly.
The brand new Nolte kitchen with branded appliances was installed in July 2016. It consists of a long kitchenette with a dishwasher, ceramic hob and extractor hood. Opposite the kitchenette is the high oven and the freezer-fridge combination. The extensive kitchen equipment is housed in the cupboards and enables cooking and baking just like at home.
Crockery, glasses and cutlery are available for 6 people. Pots, pans, casserole and baking tins, microwaves, toasters, coffee machines, food processors, mixers, egg cookers, kettles, thermos jugs, and a raclette (+ HOT STONE) are also available.
An extensive range of spices as well as vinegar, oil, sugar, coffee, coffee white, cocoa powder and tea are available free of charge, as are foils, household papers, cleaning agents, soap cream, shower gel, shampoo, hair care products, facial tissues, toilet paper, detergents, fabric softeners and hygienic detergents. Free dishwasher accessories (washing tablets / cleaning powder / powder / rinse aid / special salt) and also dishcloths, dry wipes, dishwashing liquid, table linen / place mats, potholders and aprons complete the equipment.
4-6 people can be seated at a table in the kitchen and a radio in the kitchen also offers the possibility of receiving music.
The bedroom has a very modern and oversized box spring bed and offers plenty of space for 2 people. There is also a flat screen TV with satellite reception in the bedroom. A radio projection clock radio wakes you up with music as you wish. The TV cabinet and the wardrobe offer additional storage space, as does the seat cube. Cozy pillows, blankets and various decorations and equipment elements are intended to give our guests a feel-good atmosphere like 'DAHEIM'.
If required, we are happy to provide a changing table, a baby bath, a cot and a high chair for our very young guests. There is also tableware for the youngest.
In the hallway there are cupboards (wardrobe-shoe and linen cupboards). In the cloakroom there are 2 toboggan plates, which our guests can borrow free of charge. In a storage niche you will find an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment and various household helpers and a shopping trolley that you are welcome to use.
Bed linen, shower / bath / hand towels are sufficiently available and are available for a fee of € 10 per person. The sports equipment may be parked in the ski cellar. Bicycles can also be safely deposited in the basement without having to carry them over stairs, because you can comfortably ride your bikes around the outside of the house up to the rear basement entrance.
The washing machine and dryer are in the laundry room. Both devices may be used by our guests and operated by inserting coins (50 cents). There you can also hang laundry to dry on a line. Free detergent is available in the apartment and a small clothes horse is on the balcony. The cool box, which is under the balcony table, can be used for excursions.
The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the Wintersportarena Winterberg ski area and the ski rental is 100 meters away. It is also just a stone's throw from the Adventure Mountain Cap with panoramic bridge, bobsleigh track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing park, and to the Rothaarsteig. The Winterberg golf course is just 2 km away. The center of Winterberg, with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes, can be reached in about 15 minutes.

The kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher nor a washing machine, but for two people you don't need them. There are ample cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery plus some condiments for you to use. The Laundromat is a five minute walk from the apartment (turn right at the corner and walk to the main road, cross the road and you will see the Laundromat). All the machines are in A1 condition and the staff are there to assist. Back to the apartment. There is ample parking in front of the building. The apartment is on the fourth floor with a lift for easy access. You don't need ear plugs to block out any noise during the night, because there isn't any, the quietest apartment we have stayed in so far. Both the bedroom and lounge room are huge, whilst the kitchen is cosy for two people. It is a pity we can't take Marianne's apartment with us as it is one of the best we have stayed in. Not far from the apartment you will find Aldi, Lidl plus a very up market grocery store which is open 24/7. All three are near each other, but keep in mind all shops are closed on a Sunday. If you like walking make sure you visit the harbour and shopping area, approximately 13 mintues from the apartment. (From the front of the building turn left walk to the main street, turn right and head straight down to the water) If you like eating out then you must try Pier 6 (situated near the harbour and again walking distance from the apartment). Certainly one of the best restaurants in Bremerhaven. If time allows call into the Immigration Museum near the harbour it is very interesting, but allow yourself s good two hours. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday in Bremerhaven."

Housed in the most central district of Berlin (Mitte), Guesthouse Moabit’s apartments are in a quiet street within a lively central neighbourhood that is well connected to the local sights.
