Our house is centrally located, so that you can easily reach both the beach and the wading side and the center on foot.
The Haus Karlsruhe was acquired by the Zeitlos Juist GbR in 2011. We come from Münsterland and love Juist.

Since we also like to use the apartments ourselves often, we have equipped them so that we feel completely comfortable there in every season. We hope our guests feel the same way.

The 'Northern Lights' is ideal with children. Our children can sit on the balcony for hours and watch the carriages passing by (in particular the garbage carriage).
If you take grandparents or friends with you on vacation, they can be accommodated in the Kajüte + apartment or in the DG in the Kluntje and Wulkje apartments. So everyone has their area and the baby monitor works anyway.

The Northern Lights were set up in 2013. Our carpenter made the furniture according to our ideas.

In 2019, we renewed many furnishings and changed the layout of the apartment somewhat.

The aim was also to be able to offer larger families a beautiful, insensitive apartment with high-quality sleeping spaces.
So you can now use the living room as both a bedroom and a living room.

A bunk bed was added to the large bedroom and living room. The former sofa bed in the living room was replaced by a generous real leather upholstery corner.

There are now 6 full "adult beds" and a "bed drawer" as additional sleeping space in the northern lights.
All beds were equipped with new, high-quality mattresses in 2018/2019.

Of course, the new wellness area (NEW Dec. 2018) in the basement of Haus KarlsRUHE is also wonderful. A high-quality Corso sauna with infrared heater and a spacious bathroom with a large shower offer you the opportunity to experience special wellness moments on Juist. Since you can reserve your desired times in a sauna book, you will be able to take a sauna there undisturbed.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch immer wieder kommen. Auch wir fanden das Bett recht gemütlich, obwohl es sehr weich ist. Die 55 Stufen nach oben sind nervig aber sie sind es wert um diese tolle Aussicht zu genießen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche und die Stabilität des WLANs könnten noch optimiert werden. Die Küchenausstattung ist toll und es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar scharfe Messer. Die Dekoelemente in der Wohnung haben uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es eine kleine Oase der Ruhe, denn man wohnt sehr ruhig mitten im Dorf. Geschäfte , Restaurants, Fahrradverleih, alles im Umkreis von 150 Metern. Den kleinen Balkon konnten wir leider nicht oft nutzen, da es doch sehr windig war Anfang Mai."

Come in and get involved in an uncomplicated, practical, fresh, young, maritime furnishing style. The spacious cloakroom and various bag hooks offer enough space to store many things in the hallway. Shoes stowed under the natural rattan bench and then walked into the light-flooded kitchen.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything that makes cooking on vacation easier and a pleasant activity. A large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, high quality, attractive cookware and dishes are available. A kitchen trolley offers additional work and storage space. The light gray kitchen fronts form a delicate contrast to the white porcelain furniture knobs and the white metal handles. White metal also forms the basic structure of the comfortable genuine leather upholstered chairs in different shades of color. The extremely stable dining table with a beautiful real wood veneer-coated tabletop also stands on white metal legs. The table offers enough space to eat or play. The real leather sofa in conjunction with the round, universally usable footstools offers a comfortable relaxation and reading zone. A smart TV was placed opposite. At night, the sofa can also be used as a third bed for a child. The sofa does not have to be pulled out for this. The armrests can be placed flat so that a smooth lying surface is created.

The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200) with extra-long duvets and high quality mattresses. Blackout pleated blinds keep warm sun rays and daylight out. The bathroom, like the other rooms, is flooded with light. A large mirror in the nautical style is the eye-catcher in the otherwise simple white / black bathroom. A hair dryer is of course available.

The real wood balcony in a wonderful south-facing position offers the opportunity to take meals in the best North Sea air in front of the apartment in good weather.
