Our spacious 3 room apartment is located on the second floor of a centrally located apartment house. It is warm and bright and invites you to relax and feel good.
The approximately 56 square meters are spread over a spacious living and dining area with flat screen TV. Adjacent is a spacious bright bathroom with walk-in shower.
There are two bedrooms available.
These can be darkened by external shutters well and have on the one hand a double bed and on the other two single beds both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs.
We provide Wi-Fi as well as two bicycles with which you can explore the island.
The Conversationshaus is about 400m away as well as the beach, the milk bar can be reached in about 600m, the breakfast can be enjoyed after 100m to the nearest bakery on your own sunny balcony.
The permanent parking spaces are equally within walking distance.

Schade ist, dass es so wenige Weingläser gibt. Es gibt dort dickwandige Gläser, die wie Eisbecher aussehen und je ein IKEA-Rotwein und -Weißweinglas. Netterweise hat mir ein Lokal zwei schlichte ordentliche Weingläser überlassen, die ich in den Schrank gestellt habe. Es wäre auch schön, wenn ein paar mehr Frühstücksteller vorhanden wären. Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Hello, we are offering a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), walk to the beach in 4 min, walk 5 minutes into town. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small, but nice. Looking forward to seeing you soon!Very suitable for 1 to 2 people. With child, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable,because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cot, etc.!! I'm so sorry ,but since I have kids myself, I'm talking about experience
