Our exclusive top floor apartment (approx. 40sqm) is a perfect place for two people to stay on the weekend or for a longer trip to Dresden. The apartment is located near to the Elbe River in the quiet neighbourhood of Laubegast. It has floor heating throughout the apartment and blackout curtains on all windows. The brand new kitchen offers a great place to sit and eat as well as many other amenities: dishwasher, ceramic stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Tableware, glasses, pots, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are available as well. Comfortable chairs, a coffee table, and a Queen-sized bed (160cm) with included linens invite you to relax in the apartment. The approximately 100 square meters, 2017 newly built apartment is located on the ground floor of the Villa Herbstes blessing and is accessed via the historic winter garden. A great advantage of this apartment is the comfortable infrastructure and the excellent infra structure of the district of Dresden-Strehlen. You have bus, tram and S-Bahn transport links that take you anywhere without a car. The Strehlen district offers at least 5 restaurants (Greek, Asian, traditional cuisine, Italian, other) that can be reached within 10 minutes on foot and all shopping facilities (department store also open on Saturdays until 8 p.m pharmacy, drugstore, Pfennigpfeiffer, Sparkasse , Clothing, shoes, shoemaker, hairdresser, cosmetics ...).
There is also a bicycle shop just 10 minutes away, where you can also rent bikes.

Our 3-room apartment was beautifully renovated in 2017 and preserves the old building character: the original wooden doors have been refurbished, the floorboard sanding and even the original ceilings and walls of 1890 uncovered – they partly encounter areas that have been renewed over the years and thus sometimes form a radical design.

The space
The guest room to be rented is 18 square meters and is furnished with four single beds, desk, dresser, shelves, etc.

In the courtyard in front of the main house is a garden area for our holiday guests.

The terrace in front of the apartment is available for use. We can provide a grill upon request.
Please note, the terrace is located under a pear tree.

The space
It is my guest / bedroom 25 sqm with balcony. It is a Non smoking household but Dared smoke on the balcony of your. TV and DVD and Internet is available. Kitchen and bathroom is provided for common use and You may have a problem with my child that has 4 paws is a cat (unfortunately died on 01.06.2016). The room has a double bed for 2 persons and there is a sofa bed for a 3 or 4 th person. Bed linen and towels, water and tea is free to use but it is self-sufficiency. The host then I is currently 37 and there should be no problem for you, I'm Gay. The apartment is well connected to the rail and tram or bus. The bathroom has a shower only. The room is located in the trendy district of Neustadt with many shops, pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. One of the most important is the Kunsthofpassage Visits in the New Town, with its unique and diverse courtyards in a confined space be unique.
