The apartment has a total of 75 square meters, 1 large bedroom, a large living room with dining table and a large sofa and a small room with a 1.40 m sofa bed as well as a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a balcony. The room is located in a 3-room apartment on the ground floor. Within a few minutes' walk you will find many bars, clubs, supermarkets, parks and sports facilities. There is still a very nice physics student in the apartment, who is usually there and a carpenter's apprentice who works during the week from 6:30 am- 4:00 pm. So you have to share the bathroom and kitchen with the other two. So if you are looking for a simple but nice room for little money, this is the place to be.
