Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder kann man im Heizungsraum abstellen. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - "Super große und saubere Ferienwohnung, mehr geht nicht!" - "Hallo Dies ist eine sehr schöne gut eingerichtete saubere Wohnung. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Das Personal der Ferien an der Nordsee ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit es wurde sich sofort um Probleme gekümmert. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit Fahrräder unter zu stellen. Diese müssen auf der Straße abgestellt werden. Was aber auch ein Problem ist, weil der Bürgersteig zu schmal ist. Park Möglichkeit für den PKW gibt es nur im Parkhaus, das ist aber nur 150m entfernt und man bekommt eine dauer Park karte. Also alles gut. Das Bett war für mich zu hart mein Mann fand es super. Die Fenster im Schlafzimmer kann man nicht richtig verdunkelt und auch nicht über Nacht öffnen lassen, da es zu laut ist. Aber nicht vom Verkehr, da es eine Fußgängerzone ist. Sondern von vorbei laufender Gäste. Ansonsten kann ich die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen."

Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist über eine sehr steile Holztreppe vom Wohnraum aus erreichbar und befindet sich im Dachgiebel. Real wirkt das 2. Schlafzimmer gemütlicher als auf den Fotos. (Veluxfenster + TV vorhanden). Es eignet sich für etwas ältere Kinder und Jugendliche. Unser Sohn (17 und 1,87 groß) hat sich die 5 Tage dort sehr wohl gefühlt, zum schlafen + chillen. Das Apartment hat außerdem einen kleinen extra Flur mit kleiner Garderobe für ein paar Jacken, ein Schuhregal und Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer, Schirme usw. Dieser Flur ist sowohl vom äußeren Hausflur zugänglich als auch von innen. Man sieht ihn auf den Fotos nicht, aber er existiert. Sehr praktisch! Ansonsten findet man alles so vor, wie es auch auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die cleane Gemütlichkeit, die schnelle Wärme wenn man die Heizung aufdreht und dass alles frisch + geruchsneutral war. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, es war genauso ruhig wie zu Hause (wir sind Ruhe gewohnt und schlafen immer mit offenem Fenster). Super war auch die nahegelegene Parkmöglichkeit. Nur 5 Fußminuten entfernt gibt es einen öffentlichen Parkplatz, der gratis ist. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!!!"

It's not a room for late risers. Our family sounds and the cars of the parents who bring their children to the daycare diagonally opposite can already be heard in the morning. So you have more time to explore our beautiful North Frisia.

Our cat Anton has now arrived at the best manhood, which means: he took the tour in the house. However, he can only check in in cat language, so Oliver does this by assisting. He wants his life with a lot of good (best yours!) Enjoy food, have extensive people-to-kater conversations, professionally scrambled and kneaded, and much more. Of course, this kindness is only available in the presence of guests. As for the cats and hangovers of the neighborhood, it looks very different — you can get home with a make in your ear and messy hairstyle.

Long story short: Estimated allergy sufferers, please take care of yourself. If there is a risk that a visit to us could lead to symptoms, please avoid booking. Afterwards, we can't do much for you.

BACKGROUND NOISE:
You will stay under our private area. We have lively women in the house, there is jumping, squeaking, rattling, .... whatever. Quiet hours are when the women are gone, usually between 8 AM and 2 PM.
So if you prefer not to hear family noises, you may need the other room :-)

The house is in a central location, from the apartment it is about 5 minutes to the train station, 2 minutes to the nearest bakery, 2 minutes to the nearest shopping market and about 10 minutes to downtown Husum.

Our charming apartment on the upper floor of a semi-detached house is located on a quiet play street directly in Husum.

In the well-equipped kitchen you can conjure up a delicious meal. The dishes are washed by the dishwasher. In addition to a kettle, blender and toaster, a coffee maker is also available. With the "SodaStream" you always have sparkling water, in the best Husum quality! :-)

Our holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area of the Husumer district of Rödemis and is still close to the center. From here, extensive tours in the area are possible by bicycle.
The convenient location of the city of Husum is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Hallig or island world, the Wadden Sea or the neighboring country of Denmark.
The island of Sylt and the seaside resort of St.Peter-Ording can be reached in a short time.

The tasteful apartment combines modern comfort with the charm of a 70s house. Children's travel cot and highchair are available. Dogs are welcome. The house is located in the garden surrounded by a rose hedge. The living room is located on the first floor/attic. For bicycles, there is a lockable garage. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
