The train station and downtown can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The bakery and shopping are just as quick to reach. The flat is located in a silent street.

The space
The apartment is on the second floor and consists of a small kitchen, a small bathroom with bathtub, and a bright hallway. Two bedrooms, 1x with a box spring bed 160 x 200 and 1 room with two single beds.
In the living room there is a small sitting area to relax and a dining table with 4 chairs. The area invites you to spend time together.
Outside, we have set up a small sitting area so that you can sit outside even in fine weather.
A travel cot for infants and a high chair is also available in the apartment. In addition, we have a stair gate upstairs when booked with children.

No smoking inside the apartment.

Other things to note
For stays of 14 days or more, towels + fresh bed linen can be booked directly on site for a fee of €25. If an extra cleaning of the apartment is desired, this can also be booked on site, the cost would then be an additional €45.

Our ground-floor 2-room apartment with private terrace is located in a quiet residential area in Heide and is an ideal starting point exploring the nearby North Sea coast (Büsum 20 km, St. Peter-Ording 40 km).

Our apartment has its own terrace with a table, 2 chairs, 2 sun loungers, a parasol and a private parking space.

Bikes brought along can be safely stored in our lockable shed.

The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher (incl. tabs), toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge incl. freezer, stove with oven as well as a stock of common spices and dish towels as well as cleaning agents.

In the living/dining room with large sliding door to the private terrace, there is a dining table with 4 chairs, a cozy sofa incl. stool for the legs as well as a smart TV are available.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200; new Dunlopillo mattresses) and a closet. The beds are of course freshly made upon arrival.

The small bathroom directly adjacent to the bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet with shelf and a heated towel rail. Shower and hand towels, a hairdryer, hand soap and cleaning agents are also available.

In the storage room there is the washing machine, a clothes dryer, the pads for the terrace furniture as well as an electric grill for outdoor use.

The apartment is built as an in-law of a single-family house in the best residential area in Heide, has its own access and a separate entrance. It has an open living and dining area on the ground floor with new modern kitchen from the manufacturer Nobilia. It leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook and linger with its high-quality electrical appliances and extensive equipment. (The exact equipment is available in the details description below). The dining area offers ample space for shared meals with a table and 4 seats.

With its approx. 45 sqm living and usable space over 2 levels, the modern apartment looks like a space wonder and offers its residents plenty of space for a maximum of four guests. One or even two additional sleeping places offers a cozy sofa bed with optional pull-out in the living and dining area.
The also high-quality equipped and newly renovated shower room is located on the ground floor and is reached in the living area through a separate door.
A spiral staircase in the room leads you to the 1st floor by letting a solid Wildeiche bed with the highest quality mattresses (x 200 160 cm) rested. On two cozy leather armchairs, you can end the evening in front of the TV upstairs. The bedroom is equipped with darkening curtains.
The apartment is rounded off by the spacious balcony adjoining the bedroom, which is equipped with a garden furniture set.

The holiday apartment is a non-smoking home, but the balcony may be used for smoking.
