The apartment with separate entrance is located on the ground floor of a 250-year-old listed villa in Altosternburg. It was renovated in 2018 and lovingly furnished by us with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed, 2 chests of drawers, 1 gr. Wardrobe, a computer workstation with fast WLAN, a modern kitchen incl. Dining table 1 stove with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with separate 3* freezer, dishwasher incl. Kitchen utensils such as pots, pans etc.
The apartment has 1 parking space and is suitable for business travelers as well as couples with children.

The separate entrance is located on the left side of the house, where the parking lot is located and ensures the privacy of our guests. The room is located in a beautiful newly renovated old building apartment in the heart of Oldenburg.
Centrally located with a walk of 200 meters to downtown with many shops.
The university, university, Botanical Garden (200 m) and many other institutions are within easy reach.
The neighborhood where the property is located is characterized by many preserved buildings from the Gründerzeit period and stands out with its architecture. It's worth a little walk here again and again.

In the same house as the AirBnB, there is a small shop with organic food, as well as natural products and a small cafe to linger and enjoy.

It's best to reach me through the app the whole day. I am an early riser so you can reach me early in the morning. There is a shop downstairs in the house where I work. I can also find a lot there or I work around somewhere in the house.
