The apartment is located on the upper floor, is bright, about 50 square meters, has a living/sleeping area with open kitchen, a bathroom (with window and shower) and a small walk-in closet. They occupy the house completely alone (on the ground floor there is only one garage; the landlords live in the house next door). The apartment is surrounded by fish ponds on the outskirts of Soltau.

The apartment (1 room with open kitchen, small but nice) is centrally located, there is an Edeka market and two gas stations within a radius of about 500 m. In addition, Heide Park, Outlet Soltau is nearby and the city of Soltau is also easy to reach.

The apartment is in the basement and has a large south-facing window. It consists of a living room with kitchenette (19 m²), a bedroom (5 m²) and a bathroom (5 m²) with shower. The bed is sized 200 cm x 160 cm. In front of the large south window is a terrace (9 m²).

If a third or fourth person wants to come along, there is plenty of space on the large sofa bed (170 x 200 cm). Here, a separate mattress with slatted base is available.

An ironing board and iron are also available in the built-in closet so that you can always wear neat clothes on vacation or on a business trip.
Should a small mishap happen to you, the cleaning utensils can also be found here.

The modern kitchen features a microwave with grill, a 4-ring ceramic stovetop, an oven with convection, top and bottom heat, a freezer, a kettle and a filter coffee machine. A washer-dryer is at your disposal for the laundry.

The private parking space is located right in front of the driveway, right next to the entrance. You have the option to charge your electric car at the wallbox, which is fed from the in-house photovoltaic system, for an additional charge.

Due to the steep stairs leading to the 2nd floor, the apartment is not suitable for dogs, small children up to approx. 5 years and people with considerable walking difficulties. Also, no cabinets and sockets are secured for small children and additionally pose corresponding dangers.

The apartment was newly built in 2018 and is located in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath, in the small scenic village of Harber. Numerous recreational opportunities are located in the area. The apartment is located close to the Soltau Ost highway exit. The distances to the major cities of Bremen, Hamburg and Hanover are about an hour's drive. Soltau is centrally located in the Lüneburg Heath, which invites you to many excursions nearby.
