Our 120 m² apartment in Cuxhaven-Döse is very quiet in a row house with only 2 residential units. The apartment is set up for 4 people.
This is on the 1st Upper and top floor and has a 15 m² south-west balcony.

The entrance area is furnished with a wardrobe and shoe rack so that sandy or dirty clothes can be stored there. There is also space for strollers, handcarts (available), etc.

The apartment has a large living room with dining area (approx. 33 m²). Here you will find a large corner sofa with sleeping function, dining table with 6 chairs, TV wall with Panasonic flat screen TV / satellite TV, small stereo system with radio and CD, as well as a sideboard including some games and books.

The modern kitchen with 4 seats is equipped with high-quality electrical appliances, such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator, as well as all the necessary dishes, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, microwave and a Nespresso machine.

It has a considerable size of approx. 70 m2 and was recently completely redesigned so that you can look forward to a high-quality ambiance. Furthermore, our guests have the possibility to use the two 'sauna and relaxation areas' for a small fee of about 1-2 Euro per usage. Here two different saunas (incl. relaxation room, lockers, changing & showering options) await you. Here it deals with a classic Finnish sauna (with waterfall shower) by which you can add aromatic infusions to your sauna trip and there is also a sauna area with a spacious steam bath. In order to round off the wellness area, you also have the possibility to tan under two modern sandwich tanning beds.

Beach and relaxation:
In Duhnen, beach awaits you as far as the eye reaches - and all of this right in front of your day. The kilometre-long, fine-sand beach, the watt sea and the North Sea can be reached quickly and comfortably on foot from our holiday apartment in about 5-7 minutes. You just go along a street and then you are there: in the middle of the Duhnen centre and the countless beach accesses. Children and adults find wonderful swimming fun in the clean, shallow water at the Duhnen Beach. Swimming, building sand castles, diving, playing, surfing, sailing, walking for hours or simply just relaxing in the sand or laying in your own beach basket (already included by us!) - it's up to you. Furthermore, there is a special and separately designed animation beach and even a 'stadium on the sea' where different beach sport fields are found and there are regular animation & event programs from May to September.

Watt and sea.
In addition to the fantastic Duhnen North Sea beach, the watt sea - which is part of the largest watt sea in the world - is the absolute highlight of the region. By low tide, you have the unique opportunity to walk on the sea floor and make interesting discoveries. It is particularly worth walking to the tidal channels where you can take a relaxing bath in the often warm water. A walk in the watt is also healthy and excites the entire body. We can also recommend participating in one of the countless watt hikes. This reach from guides for nature lovers and family tours up to searches for amber. Furthermore, there are events during different times of the year.
