This more than 350 year old detached half-timbered house with horses is located below the Tecklenburger Anstieg. Ideal for cycling, hiking, walking or simply going for a stroll. There is a beautiful adventure golf course next door, where you can not only play minigolf, but also get to know a lot of the Tecklenburg area at the same time. The flat is on the first floor of the half-timbered house and has its own entrance area up the stairs.

With a living space of approx. 85 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of six people. The living room has a cosy sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. A children's painting corner, a children's play corner and two single beds (0.90 metres wide) behind a partition. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, fully automatic coffee machine and a dining table with four chairs (two additional chairs are also available in the flat) so that you can start a relaxing holiday. In the bedroom there is a double bed (2 metres wide) and a large wardrobe. Behind the next door you will find another bedroom with two beds facing each other and shelves for your clothes. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, two washbasins, a WC and a hairdryer. The landlord will be happy to provide you with a highchair and a cot/baby bed free of charge on request. There is heating in all rooms of the flat and WLAN is also available throughout the flat free of charge.

In summer, you can enjoy your time outside on the guest terrace, relax or simply linger. You will find a barbecue in the locked bicycle room, where you are also welcome to store the bicycles you have brought with you. Next to the front door is our boiler room, where you can hang out your washing to dry if it has got wet from a rain shower. You can park your car in the guest car park next to the courtyard entrance. Our apartment is quietly located at the foot of the picturesque mountain town of Tecklenburg, just a few meters from the idyllic moated castle Haus Marck.
The castle ruins with the open-air stage are in walking distance and a real highlight.
Shopping and dining such as the Fabula restaurant are in the immediate vicinity – ideal for a relaxing stay!

You will stay in our beautiful half-timbered house on the upper floor. The entire 85 square meters are available to you alone. We live on the lower floor with our dog Balou.

The space
You will stay in a detached, 4-star classified half-timbered house with horses. The apartment on the upper floor with its approx. 85 square meters offers plenty of space to feel good and relax. It has a separate entrance, terrace and a car
parking space by the house.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with seating, dishwasher, electric stove and fully automatic coffee machine.

The spacious bathroom was completely renovated in the spring of 2021. The walk-in shower, modern double vanity and washing machine make the bathroom perfect.

In the approx. 20 square meter living room with flat-screen TV, you can sit back and relax and the little guests can play in the children's corner. There are 2 beds behind a partition.

The bright bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space in the closet.

Two opposite beds are located in another bedroom.

You do not need to bring bed linens and towels, as these are already included in the price.

In addition to the entire apartment, there is also a drying room with clothes rack and clips, as well as a lockable bicycle room for your bicycles.

Other things to note
Since the extreme increase in heating costs, we too have had to take some austerity measures. Among other things, we were forced to install a new energy-saving heating system.
This heating system is designed to turn off all radiators when a window is opened. Please note this. If all windows are closed again, the heating automatically turns on again. Therefore, only ventilate briefly and completely.

Dogs and small animals are welcome with us. You only pay
€ 10.00 per night. We will settle that directly on site.

Your parking space is right next to the courtyard entrance.

Access to the apartment is only possible with a key code, which we will inform you shortly before arrival.
The apartment is available to you on the day of arrival from 2 PM and on the day of departure
until 12:00 pm.

I rent out a holiday apartment (created in 2019) on the southern slope in a natural location in the beautiful half-timbered town of Tecklenburg. The apartment is located near the Wasserschloss Haus Marck. The center can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes. There you will find shops for strolling, a post office as well as a grocery store and much more. By the way, also open on Sundays.
The apartment Grüner Weg is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking and road cycling. The walk to the open-air stage on the old castle ruin is also about 10 min.!

The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180x200cm).
In the combined bedroom, living room, there are 2 permanent sofa beds, each with 2 spring mattresses and a size of 160 cm x 200 cm.
The kitchen is fully equipped as you expect from home. Incl. dishwasher!
The bathroom is equipped with an extra large shower (120cmx100cm) and the washing machine can be used free of charge.
On arrival, the beds are freshly covered and optional towels are in the bathroom. Optionally bookable.
