- "Aankomst vriendelijk, accommodatie voortreffelijk , omgeving op z'n Twents" - "Aankomst prima, Accomodatie is mooi,karakteristiek, Prachtig en relax." - "ik heb voor mijn broer en schoonzusje een kortweekje(ma-vr) geboekt als kado. echter 16;30 ingecheckt en 20;48 dezelfde dag uitgecheckt Wij waren wat verlaat dus had ik netjes gebeld en gevraagd of wij wat later mochten inchecken, dit was geen probleem. Meteen aangegeven dat onze hond niet met alle honden samen kan. Of daar rekening mee gehouden kon worden. Dat was allemaal geen probleem. Bij aankomst werd onsdoor mevrouw al zeer ongeïnteresseerd ontvangen. Kil en afstandelijk. Meneer daarin tegen zeer oprecht en hartelijk duidelijk een harde werker. Werd ons op het hart gedrukt door meneer als er wat was hoefden we ons maar te melden. Toen we de sleutel in ontvangst wouden nemen werd per direct een gedeelte van de accomodatie afgesloten. Met de opmerking dat dat het 6 persoon gedeelte is en wij daar niet voor hebben betaald. Dit gedeelde is waar mee geadverteerd is op deze site. Deze advertentie is de reden dat wij bereid zijn 330,- te betalen voor een week bij de boer. Dit zien wij als verkoop onder valse voorwaarden. Nou blijkt dus dat dat niet is waarvoor wij geboekt hebben, en worden mijn broer en schoonzusje in een ruimte van 9-12m gedopeneerd met kapotte : *wasbak, *kraan, *kachel, *vloerverwarming niet aanwezig. *ramen, *deuren *wanden en plafonds. *Een dikke laag stof en vet is door de hele 12 m2 verspreid. *De televisie is nog geen 30 cm breed(is een computer monitor geen tv) * de digitenne werkt niet. *Wifi hangt buiten half in de regen met kroonsteentjes aan elkaar geprutst. *schroeven van de bedstee steken iit, voelbaar als je er op ligt zie fotos. *Dak bestaat uit wat oude balken , dakbeschot en een zijltje. Waardoor er niet fatsoenlijk geventileerd kan worden en de ruimte binnen 3 uur dusdanig luchtvochtig is dat alle kledij nat en klam waren. *door slecht af te sluiten ramen en deuren tocht het erg in het verblijf. *meters met spinnenwebben hangen in het bedstee. Incl spinnen. *overall zwarte schimmel ivm de slechte ventilatie, in koelkast/wasmachine/droger, plafond wanden en muren, keukenkastjes zie filmpje waarop te zien is dat het stucwerk door de hoge luchtvochtigheid gewoon van de muur afvalt. *stopcontacten die niet werken *overall spinnen nesten zelfs in de bedstee was het geinfesteerd met nesten.(geen raggen maar nesten) *Sleutel waarmee de andere deel van accomodatie is afgesloten is een gelijksluitende sleutel voor het hele huisje. Dat betekend dat als er andere huurders voor het 6 per gedeelte komen, zij ten alle tijden bij mijn broer en schoonzus binnen kunnen vallen. Geen privacy of veiligheid. Dit hebben wij aangegeven bij belvilla echter kreeg ik het antwoord dat er op dat moment niks voor ons betekend kon worden, en ik de volgende dag terug gebeld zou worden. hierna heeft kennelijk belvilla de eigenaren benaderd en kwam meneer zonder afwachting van toestemming zo de accomondatie binnen vallen. meneer was zich helemaal aan het veronderschuldigen voor de staat van het huisje. en is weer verdwenen. vervolgens ontstond er bij mijn schoonzus een allergische reactie/uitslag en heb ik besloten ze weer op te halen en naar huis te brengen. toch stiekem even in de andere zijde van de accomondatie gekeken en we zijn heel blij dat we daar niet in terecht zijn gekomen die ziet er nog vele maler slechter uit. al met al een zeer onprettige vervelende ervaring met deze mensen en het huisje. ondertussen(24 uur later) hebben wij een credit ontvangen van bell villa. maar nog geen contact verder. hometogo is wat traag met het terug belverzoek maar heeft het ook keurig netjes opgepakt en geadviseerd. echter zijn we de dag al kwijt,bult onkosten gemaakt en veel teleurstelling en is de vakantie van de jongelui verloren. wij blijven in afwachting. eeen grote AFRADER!!!!!!"
