Our B & B is located in a monumental mansion from 1890 on the Parkstraat in the middle of the most beautiful district of Arnhem, the Spijkerkwartier. The Spijkerkwartier is a village in the middle of the city with countless amenities, beautiful public gardens and squares and a lot of atmosphere and cosiness. The city center is a short walk away. The B & B comprises the entire basement of approximately 100 square meters, is an independent house and has its own entrance.
The spacious living room with two sofas, which can be turned into two spacious beds, has cable TV with a wide range of channels and free Wifi, such as the entire home.
A nice living-kitchen with dishwasher, four burner stove, oven and microwave, freezer, fridge, Nespresso equipment, kettle, citrus press and a large table with 4 chairs make your stay very enjoyable. In the area are countless eateries and getaways minutes away by bike or drive.

From Dieren you are within walking and cycling distance of the forest and the IJssel. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Doesburg is also only 15 minutes away by bike.

Upon entering you will come out into the hall. The ground floor is where we live. From the hall you go up with the stairs to which you have access to 3 spaces. A large living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a double bedroom.

When the upper floor is rented, we will no longer use the shared entrance. This allows everyone to enjoy their privacy undisturbed.

Our apartment is located in our own home, by the way separate and closed off from our part. The house is located in the center of the cozy Oosterbeek. Opposite the house you will find restaurants where you can eat deliciously. Supermarkets are within 5 minutes walking distance. You can cycle into the woods where you can find many beautiful routes. If you love shopping, you will be in the heart of Arnhem in 10 minutes. Bus stop at 1 minute away.

Our B&B is equipped with every every comfort. A cosy living room with kitchen and dining area. As well, a bed has been worked away in the living room so that 3 people can stay. The bedroom has a double bed with an adjoining bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and toilet.

Come and enjoy this rustic accommodation in the center of Oosterbeek. A bright and cozy studio on the second floor of this pre-war warehouse with a covered outdoor space with pizza oven below. You can walk into the city center for shopping or to grab a terrace. But also the floodplains with swimming beaches, the Rhine and the forest are within walking distance. A fantastic base for visiting Oosterbeek, Arnhem, Nijmegen, the Hoge Veluwe and surroundings!

The space
Anna's pakhuisje is a bright and cozy 1-room apartment of over 30 m2. In this pre-war building, which used to serve as storage for a bakery, it is good to stay and there and there is a nice and rustic atmosphere.

The apartment has a kitchen and a small bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove (induction), coffee maker and kettle. You can easily prepare your own meals here.

There is also a sitting area, a dining table and a double bed, which can be split into two single beds if desired.

The apartment also has air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The space has its own entrance and can be reached via the garden with stairs. It is therefore less suitable for people with mobility problems.

Below the apartment, on the ground floor, is a covered patio/outdoor area with a seating area and a pizza oven. This oven is free to use. It is a lovely place to sit outside on warmer and cooler days.

Other things to note
The warehouse is behind our house, where we live with our two teenage children and dog. The warehouse is accessible via the side of our house and the garden. In good weather, we share the garden. Any bicycles can be stored behind the house.

2 streets behind the Klarendalseweg, in the middle of the Modekwartier, you are in the middle of the action, but still wonderfully quiet in this nice upstairs apartment (2nd & 3rd floor).
The nice, bright spaces, fresh colors, large windows and the spacious balcony offer a wonderful place from which you can discover the city of Arnhem, but also the Veluwe.

I am still finishing the kitchen and live here myself when I am not renting, so there are also personal items present; nice and homey 😉

Otherwise, use all the spaces as you would in your own home ;-)

Other things to note
The house was built in 1905. This means that not everything is straight, the stairs creak, and that it may happen that you hear noise from neighbors. We live well together in the street, so we also take each other into account. Are you still bothered by neighbors? Just let them or me know.
