Welcome to our cozy home, perfect for a long term stay in Hilversum. We are looking for a responsible tenant who wants to stay for extended periods of time, whether you're at work or studying. It is important that you speak English in addition to your native language, as this will be the language of instruction during your stay.

Our home offers all the comforts you need for a comfortable stay. With a fully furnished room and shared amenities such as the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, you can move in directly without worrying about purchasing furniture or appliances. In addition, there is the option to conclude a rental contract and to register with the municipality.

The room itself is spacious and bright, with enough space to work or study. Whether you're in the process of preparing important presentations or writing papers, our house offers a quiet environment in which you can focus. In addition, the four large skylights keep it cool at all times, even during the hottest summer days.

When it comes to shared spaces, you don't have to worry about sharing the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We only have one other tenant, plus the owner, and of course our lovely pets: a dog and a cat. They are part of our family and contribute to the cozy atmosphere of our house.

As for amenities, we have thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From free WIFI and a TV with Chromecast to a fridge, combination microwave, desk, wardrobe, trash can and more, everything is provided. All you have to do is bring your personal items and you can immediately enjoy your new home.

Our location is also ideally located, adjacent to a beautiful nature reserve. In front of the door you will find a bus stop, giving easy access to public transport. Within five minutes you can reach Hilversum station, from where you can be in Amsterdam or Utrecht in just 20 minutes.

Our newly renovated studio (45m2) is located between Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort. Hilversum, in the top 10 of best inner cities, offers plenty to do. A perfect place to visit the surrounding cities. Combined with the ambiance, tranquility and beautiful nature that the Gooi has to offer. The studio is located in the historic "Old Harbour" surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings by the famous architect Dudok.

This bright spacious studio offers space for 2 people. The room (with a height of 3m!) is stylish and modernly furnished with all the conveniences you desire nowadays!

The living room has a cozy sitting area with designer furniture and of course a large full HD TV with Chromecast feature. We offer an ipad to operate the internet, but also the TV. This allows you to use Netflix, NLziet, live tv, but also allows you to cast your own movies and series to this TV. Of course combined with a 100 / 100mb high speed wifi connection.

The kitchenette includes a microwave oven and fridge. Of course there are coffee and tea facilities (nespresso) and we have thought of all the imaginable needs.

As soon as you turn the left button towards the 60, turn on the boiler. Then the boiler starts to heat up. This one needs some time to warm up

It is best to turn the boiler to 60 10 minutes in advance. Then we are sure that there is hot water for a long time.

For stays of 8 days or more, there is an extra service: a free cleaning moment. This includes new towels, bed linen and cleaning of the apartment. Service from the house.

Studio on the outskirts of Hilversum. 10-15 minutes walk from Sportpark station, from there 30 minutes by train to Amsterdam and 15 minutes to Utrecht. By car, about the same time.
