Restaurants and bars are concentrated at the Koemarkt. A nice square at 300 meters. Supermarket and a night shop at less than 200 meters. Television with international channels and Netflix. Fast internet. Independent heating/cooling system. Great bus connection to Downtown Amsterdam, busses run two to eight times an hour. There are also night busses. Parking is paid parking that starts at 80 meters. Free parking starts at 500 meters in zuidoost Beemster. The unesco Beemster polder starts at 500 meters, great for walking and cycling.

The studio is accessible via the garden of the downstairs neighbors, via the stairs you reach the shared balcony, from there is the door with code lock, via the hallway you have access to the studio, parking is in the general parking lot of the golf course, it is a short walk, for unloading luggage you can park briefly in front of the apartment, the park is otherwise car-free, unfortunately not suitable for people in a wheelchair or with walking difficulties due to the stairs and walking distance

Parking on the street is free from Saturday 9PM til Monday 9AM. The parking places on the streets / in front of the house cost €3,15 per hour. The parking garage, 200 meter from the house, charges €1,95 per hour with a maximum of €9,30 per 24 hours. It must be 24 consecutive hours.

We don't have baby/children facilities like a cradle, baby bed, etc.
