The walls are very beat up, the carpet is disgusting, and who ever cleans it, does the bare minimum. There were little hairs all over the place and the closet was full of dust. The baseboards have not been cleaned in a very long time. If you are tall I would not recommend the penthouse apartment, there are many low points in the ceiling where you will hit your head. The area and town were nice, and it was easy to take the bus to the train station. Also want to note, that they ask you to sweep the floor before you leave. They didn’t leave us a broom, just a vacuum that barely sucked anything up. Makes me wonder if they will clean the floor at all after us. "

The Wifi is free but the signal was weak in our room so perhaps that could be improved. The bathroom had a great shower with good heat control, clean towels and hand soap. The location is good and although it doesn't actually have a sea view, it's very near to the beach, within a couple of minutes walk. Also, loads of restaurants nearby and a supermarket for home cookers. We were there for a Caterham 7 race meeting at the nearby Zandvoort race circuit and this turned out to be around 15 minutes walk. Car parking could have been arranged for just a few Euros but we preferred to walk and cycle. All in all, I would be very pleased to stay here again if the opportunity arises."

Newly build tiny modern apartment. Because of the light colours and lots of light the ambiance is very peaceful. There is one very comfortable double bed (boxspring 180x200) and a baby bed upon request. Max 2 adults. Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Walking distance from the center and the beach. 10 minute walk to the railwaystation. 15 minute walk to the F1 racetrack. Private entrance and patio. No smoking inside and no pets.

It’s also an easy short walk into center town with it’s cute stores and restaurants. For instance, mountain biking around the race track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf, and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?

We also have a great race track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize many activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race license?
