The Villa has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (sleeping 5 persons max.), A large living room with a stunning view (14 meters of window ...) and a huge garden with multiple terraces. There is parking space on the premises (2-3 cars) and the house has everything for a comfortable holiday or stay.

Your holiday home is situated in one of Zandvoort's most popular neighbourhoods. The town center and beach are within walking distance but you are just far enough to escape the noises and traffic. A large supermarket, shops, and restaurants are only about 5 minutes walk away.

Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is close by and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?

The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI.

We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license?

Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.

Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The station is at 10 minute walking distance from the accommodation. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. You enter the hallway with separate toilet, where you will find the stairs leading upstairs on your left. From there you can go up another staircase to the second floor. On the second floor there is a second bedroom with double bed and great views of the dunes and a third spacious en-suite bedroom with double bed, bath and balcony on two sides. Through the corridor, along the stairs on the right is a spacious living kitchen with cooking island. On the other side of the room, there is a nice sitting area with several seating corners, television and fireplace. To the right of the kitchen is a spacious dining table and a second sitting area with spacious sofa, modern armchair and second fireplace. To the right of the front door, a nice outdoor seating area has been created. This is located adjacent to the dining area with French doors. The back garden can be accessed through the door at the end of the hallway and through the sliding doors in the kitchen. The spacious backyard has several seating areas with spacious lounger, outdoor dining area, hammock, trampoline for the kids and sitting pit.
