Welcome to this beautiful spacious detached contemporary villa with architecture built overlooking the rich nature and two national monuments of Boerderij de Blauwe kei with a Flemish barn in a green oasis. Spacious garden, great comfort and near the historic center of the burgundian city of Breda, 7 minutes by bike. A lot of privacy, lots of space in the middle of nature on the outskirts of the city.

There is a large living room with open kitchen fully equipped and three bedrooms with bathroom and toilet and a spacious garden of 1840 m2 with several terraces at your disposal. This accommodation is suitable for a maximum of six people but is not recommended for children between 1 and 6 years old because unprotected height differences are located directly outside the house.
Minimal stay during the year is fourteen nights, also in july, August, around christmas and end of the year.

- "Due to the long COVID-19 lockdown, we were in need of safe and yet spacious place to unwind ourselves in a different city / region after long confinement of 'work-and-live-from-home' phase. Ben's house was perfect. It was modern, chic yet it has beautiful garden with accentuated hills which will make you feel like you are surrounded in the nature. The lady who greeted us and managed the operation on behalf of the family was very friendly and was wearing a mask and gloves when greeted us. That made us feel very secure and safe. Whilst she was also on standby for any possible questions, the owner Ben was also checking in with us regularly to see if we have everything needed. We were very impressed with complimentary bottle of champagne when we entered into the house. Overall I was very happy with the choice and the house was also located in a perfect location where it's at the vicinity of Breda city centre but also in between Limburg and Zeeland so you can travel and wander around Zuid Holland, travelling to remote and beautiful places avoiding the crowd altogether."
