Detached beach house in Kijkduin / The Hague with private sauna. This cozy and bright house is fully equipped, including living room with fireplace and TV, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and private sauna. Large south facing garden with lounge sofas. The beautiful beach is within walking distance. Our house is located on the Kijkduin Park where you can use the facilities: indoor swimming pool, supermarket, restaurant, playground, trampoline and bicycle rental. There is entertainment for children during the holidays.
Our house has a cosily furnished bright living room with fireplace and French doors to the sunny terrace where you can relax on the lounge sofas with cushions. There is also a garden table with 6 chairs. There is a large sunshade that provides enough shade on hot days. The open kitchen adjoins the living room, which is equipped with a dishwasher, oven / microwave, refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine and plenty of kitchen utensils. There are several board games ready to play. In the storage room is a washer and dryer at your disposal and an extra refrigerator. There is a cool box and beach umbrella ready for you to take to the beach. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a kingzise bed and one with two beds witch together is a big twinbed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet and a sauna on this floor.

The house is ideal for a family or for 2 couples. Not for groups of friends / bachelor party. After 23.00 it should be quiet at the park.

Het huis is gelegen in vakantieresort Kijkduinpark, Den Haag. Ons huis ligt op ongeveer 6 minuten lopen van het strand en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Op het park is er een centraal plein met speel/sportvoorzieningen. Voor de kinderen is er animatie. Ook zijn er een overdekt zwembad, een vernieuwd restaurant en een supermarkt. Tevens is er een fietsenverhuur.
Op het strand vindt u diversen strandpaviljoens waar u heerlijk kunt eten.

De binnenruimtes zijn verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen met beneden de woonkamer, keuken, toilet, 1 slaapkamer met aangrenzende badkamer.
Op de bovenverdieping vind u 2 slaapkamers, sauna, badkamer met toilet.

De gezellige woonkamer heeft een Smart tv, open haard en openslaande deuren naar een terras. De keuken is voorzien van een magnetron/oven, koelkast, vaatwasser, senseo en koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker.
Het terras is voorzien van een tafel en 6 stoelen, parasol, 2 ligbedden en een loungebank.

In de naast gelegen berging staan een extra koelkast een wasmachine.

This detached villa at Summio Duynparc De Heeren van 's-Gravensande is located close to the beach and can accommodate up to 6 people. The holiday home consists of two floors and has three bedrooms and one bathroom.



The cosy living room has a seating area, smart TV and a sound bar. The adjacent open kitchen includes an oven and/or (combination) microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a Senseo or Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate toilet and a storage room with a washing machine.



On the first floor are a total of three bedrooms, each with two single box spring beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet.
