Our wonderful villa, constructed in 1937 with a distinctive architectural design, has been renovated to offer spacious and stylish accommodation. Nestled within a lovely private fenced garden spanning 4000 m2, the villa boasts a natural swimming pond, teak furniture, abundant flowers and plants, and a wooded area.

The private apartment, located on the second floor, includes:
• A 43 m2 room with a double bed, sofa, and dining table under a pitched roof.

We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we are in town!"

- "This place was nice and the hoat was great organsiing our last minute visit and assisitng us to check in as the place was hard to find. However the day we arrived we notified the host that the bathroom lights didnt work and the air con in one room didnt work. The host was very responsive (through whatsapp but not the stayz app) to the messages and kept saying rhe handyman was coming. We stayes 7 nights and the handyman never came. We had to use a lamp from a bedroom as a light in the bathroom. Disappointed as no compensation was offered. We were with elder adults and it was dangerous for them to show in such low light. Other than that it was a good stay. We bought a box of dishwasher tablet's. Warning, there is no kettle, you use a pot on the stove. The microwave/grill is a bit hard to work out. But thats manageable. I contacted the host via the app at checkout to ask what could be done given we paid for a week and didnt have full effective use of the property with the lights out and air con broken (it was very hot). I never got a response."

Studio De Bilt Utrecht is a brand new and sunny apartment for four people. The apartment consists of two spacious comfortable studios in the heart of the province of Utrecht. Studio De Bilt combines the joys of city and nature: you can walk straight into the Utrecht Landscape from the accommodation. Within 10 minutes you are by public transport in the historic center of Utrecht. Cities such as Amsterdam, Leiden, The Hague or Rotterdam are all easily accessible; Utrecht is located in the middle of the Netherlands.

Two spacious studios with private bathroom and a cozy sitting room / kitchen

The apartment is located in the more than 100 years old village center of De Bilt. The luxury studios are furnished in Scandinavian style and equipped with spacious box-spring beds (length 2.10 m). Each studio has a comfortable seat, a practical desk, an LED flat screen TV and free Wifi. The modern private bathroom is adjacent to every room. Suitable for a family with older children (due to stairs) or two couples who go on holiday together (maximum 4 people).

A sunny terrace, free parking, shops and restaurants nearby

Studio De Bilt has a small terrace to enjoy the sun. Solar panels provide sustainable energy. Shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. You park for free and you can enjoy walking and cycling in the province of Utrecht. You will find ANWB bicycle junction 89 on the corner of the street. Bicycles and e-bikes for rent.

Studio De Bilt offers the quality and comfort of a first-class hotel. But with the hospitality that you only find in 'people at home'. Breakfast can be taken care of for an additional charge. We have many books and magazines to read, various games to play and LPs to run. Free WIFI.

You will feel at home at my place. You are at 20 metres distance from 3 supermarkets, shops and restaurants ; 22 min from Utrecht Central Station, 16 min from Utrecht University (Science Park campus) and 1h from Amsterdam from my place.

Completely renovated independent appartment, 35 square meter, in the center of Zeist, nearby Utrecht. Own entrance/kitchen/shower/toilet+floor heating! Lovely peaceful place where you can rest, work, sleep. 20 minutes with the bus to Utrecht, easy connection.
There lives a classical pianist in the building in another part, so sometimes you will hear piano music in the distance.

PS There is no garden to use/sit in, that is the next project, now still a under construction.

Woodmorning is a studio in a wooded area of Zeist (Kerckebosch). You will find these in a free building and the amenities are (exclusively) available for you. Stay among the beautiful trees of Zeist, in Kerckebosch, where the seasons always give our surroundings their own characteristic look.
If you are looking for a quiet stay in a green area, you have come to the right place. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

The studio was renovated in 2018 and is located in our garden. The space has all the comforts and has its own private access. The studio is suitable for 2 persons and has its own separate bathroom. In addition, there is plenty of space to cook, sit and eat. Can also be used as a workspace.

Lovely newly renovated apartment with lots of light and a warm interior. Every-day facilities are available, including floor heating, high quality memory foam queensize bed, washing machine, 55" 4K-HD television, and all kitchen necessities e.g. coffee machine with freshly grinded beans. Even candles and cosy blankets for on the couch to make for a romantic night.

Everything you need for a perfect stay! The apartment has a great location. Very close to the forest and Utrecht Science Park.

As for the amount of guests; we have place for 2 people, since we've got a queen sized bed in the bedroom. Perfect for a couple or just one person alone.
