The studio is on the first floor of our restored old house. It is completely private, with its own entrance. The bathroom with toilet is downstairs. It is a small space with a shower. There is no heating in the bathroom, but it is hot quickly if you use the shower.

In the living area there is air conditioning to cool and keep the studio warm.

The studio is not accessible for people with difficulty walking or wheelchairs. With small children, it is not wise to book the studio, because of the open stairs.

The space
The studio is located inside a building with a flowerstore, little gallery and the residence from the owner. Since decades the building has always had multiple users and a good mutual understanding. The location as its in the oldest part of the center brings its usual sounds of life around as it can be supprising quit because the city center is located at the other side of the church (beautiful music performances are given here as well). At the side of the roofterras there are located quit a few trees what brings you the sounds of various birds in the morning.
Be consciously that the sudio is located in an old building with mutiple users where you can hear eachother sometimes. We always try to be aware of eachother to enjoy this place together.

An intimate, very quiet apartment . There is no view from the room, only an upper window and -al it is in the middle of the city 5 minutes walk to market square with the many terraces- quite quiet and gives a sense of security. Everyone always sleeps very well.
There's a spacious private bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Kitchen to make coffee and tea, fridge and microwave. The adjacent painting and beetse atelier with library and the patio can also be used as a relaxation area and there can be a painting or billing workshop there upon request.

The 6-meter-long wooden table that adorns the living room and the photo wallpaper on the wall still refer to the old days. AK14 has all the comforts and the decor is cozy with a beautiful mix of old and new. The peace and space complete the comfort.
