Cozy apartment for 01 of 02 persoons in Schiedam. I love this city and I want to share with you. My apartment is in front the metro. Other public transportation is only 07 min walking. And it's breng you easily to Rotterdam and many others cities. The supermarkt is just 02 minutes away. The neighborhood is nice.
There are also bar/fast-food closely. There is also a park in the area.

You can use the kitchen stuff but you need to buy your groceries for yourself. You can have a shelf in the fridge for yourself.
The same rules go for Toilet and shower. There are always cleaning stuff available.
When check-out you always need to return the keys and if the host is not home you need to leave the key in the safety box out of the entrance and change the code. Check-out means that you need to take all your belongings and stuff with you. Anything remain will be removed and the host is not responsible for them.
If you wish to leave your baggages and stuff at home you need to pay the charge and it’s 5 euro/h to max of 50 euro per day.
If you lose the key, the charge is being made to make a new set of keys and the price varies between 40-60 euro.
Extra guest is strictly forbidden.
You’ll be charged for extra guest even if they come to the door of the unit.

In just 5 minutes by train you are in Rotterdam Central and within 30 minutes on the beach of Hoek van Holland. Delft, The Hague and Amsterdam are also easily accessible. The apartment is spacious and has many amenities, a stable WiFi speed of 300 Mbps, a thick mattress of 180 cm wide, a nice living room and TV with Netflix. The view from the 8th floor is on the large windmills of Schiedam.

A monumental house, 1 minute walk from the tram and shopping center. On the lower floor you come via a (steep ) staircase (without stair gate). Here are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms is on the garden. The bed is a doubter. Replace the cardboard bed from the photos for more solid bed. The other bedroom has a 2 person bed and the other room has 2 separate beds pushed together in the photo but in practice I often separate them.

Other things to note
the photos were taken by a professional😇. It is a monumental home with a thin ceiling. There is a camera filming who enters the home (in the bell) and a camera that faces the general porch outside. Due to a bad experience in the past, ask each guest for a photo of their ID beforehand.
