- "The location of the hotel proved to be advantageous, close to our destination and easily accessible from the highway. Cleanliness was excellent, everything was in perfect order, and we were entirely satisfied. The staff demonstrated high competence. Unfortunately, two or three significant issues arose. Firstly, we had booked four rooms, including an accessible room according to handicap standards and a room for two babies. Regrettably, the handicap room was not available, making the journey challenging from the start. However, the hotel responded extremely professionally. The night shift and the staff member in the morning shift were extremely friendly and worked to make our stay enjoyable. Special commendation to them. Discrepancies regarding breakfast times were also professionally resolved. Although we were informed of an 11 a.m. breakfast, it ended at 10 a.m. Nevertheless, the breakfast area staff handled the situation professionally and served us an extra breakfast. Regarding the accessible room, a solution was possible the next day, but due to medical reasons, we opted against it. However, the FOM professionally refunded the first night. As someone in the hotel industry, I find the hotel appealing, with friendly staff and a convenient location. The cleanliness impressed me.
