Located on the third floor of a monumental townhouse dating back to 1746, this stylish loft offers a unique blend of authentic character and modern comfort. Enjoy beautiful views of the marina, a cozy sitting area, and a luxurious bathroom – a peaceful, elegant retreat in the heart of the city!

The Space
The loft occupies the entire top floor, offering stunning views of both the lively shopping street in front and the marina at the back. In summer, it’s lovely to relax in the dormer window seat with the windows open and watch the street below.
Tip: Bring a good glass of wine and some snacks, and enjoy the moment!

To make evenings just as pleasant, the dormer has two warm white ambient lights for a cozy atmosphere.

At the front of the loft, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.

Due to the building's structure, it's not possible to install a full kitchen. As a workaround, there's a sideboard with a combination microwave/oven for heating meals. You’ll also find dishes and cutlery, ideal for a small breakfast or simple meal. A mini fridge is located next to the sofa at the back of the loft.

Next to the microwave, there’s a kettle and Nespresso machine. Coffee and tea are included in your stay and can be found in the cabinet along with glasses, milk, and sugar.

Although the roof is well insulated, it’s always nice to control the temperature to your preference. The air conditioning unit heats and cools. In summer, you can open the windows, but please note that city center life can be a bit noisy. Feel free to close the windows and use the air conditioning for comfort.

In colder months, the loft may feel chilly at first. Once the air conditioner is set, it takes about five minutes to start heating. After that, it quickly warms up the space.

At the back of the loft, the lounging sofa is perfect for relaxing. In front of the sofa is a TV, so you can comfortably watch your favorite movie or show. A skylight above the sofa gives a beautiful view of the marina, and you can open it in summer to let in some fresh air.

Bathroom Area
After a day of exploring, there’s nothing better than freshening up in the luxurious walk-in shower, located in the center of the loft. The bathroom includes a toilet, underfloor heating, and automatic ventilation.

The lights are dimmable, so you can create a relaxed ambiance. The fan automatically switches on when you turn on the lights and continues briefly after switching them off, keeping the space fresh and well-ventilated.

A beautiful vanity area is located outside the bathroom itself, with a double marble sink and ample storage space. Above the sinks is a large mirror with integrated lighting and heating.
To turn the light on or off, hold your hand under the bottom right corner of the mirror. Want to adjust the lighting mood? Hold your hand there a little longer to change the light color – no need for harsh white lighting if you prefer something softer.

Under the sink, you’ll find essentials such as a hairdryer, squeegee, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and extra towels if needed.

An iron and ironing board are available upon request – just let us know if you need them.

Guest Access
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire top floor, which is fully private and closed off by a door with a lock.
The main entrance and staircase up to the loft are shared with the residents of the building.

Other Things to Note
The loft is located on the top floor of a historic building, and as expected, there is no elevator.
You’ll need to climb three flights of stairs, so please take this into account if you have limited mobility. The loft itself is on one level.

The city center is naturally more lively than the suburbs.
Street sounds are audible from inside the loft. On weekends, some noise may come from the nearby bar “Het Avontuur”, where people occasionally gather outside.
Earplugs are provided, but light sleepers should take this into consideration.
We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, but due to the age and structure of the building, some sound carries more easily.

There is a washer and dryer available in the building.
If you urgently need to do laundry, this can be arranged with the host.
The machines are not self-service; we offer this as an optional service.
Depending on the load, we may charge €5 to €10 per wash & dry cycle.

This private apartment is located on the groundfloor of our accommodation and is easy accessible. Also by disabled guests with wheelchair. There is floorheating allover (warm in winter and cool in summer).

The Heritage Harbor Loft – Historic charm with harbor view
Located on the third floor of a monumental mansion from 1746, this stylish loft offers a unique mix of authentic details and modern comfort. Enjoy the marina views, a comfortable seating area and a luxurious bathroom. A quiet, elegant base in the heart of the city!

The space
The loft covers the entire top floor of the property, with stunning views of the bustling shopping street at the front and the marina at the back. In summer, it is wonderful to sit on the window seat in the dormer at the front, with the windows open. So you can look outside and enjoy the lively street.
Tip: take a seat with a good glass of wine and some snacks, and enjoy!

Of course, we also thought that it can be dark in the evening, and it is still nice to sit there. That is why there are two mood lights in the dormer with pleasant warm white light.

At the front is also the comfortable queen-size bed. Of course, you can enjoy a wonderful night's sleep here.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to place a kitchen in the loft. As an interim solution, there is a sideboard with a combination microwave (oven and microwave) to heat up meals. The dresser also has crockery and cutlery, so a small breakfast or simple meal can be easily provided. In addition, there is a mini fridge next to the sofa at the back of the loft.

Next to the combi microwave are a kettle and a Nespresso machine. Coffee and tea are included in the stay. Together with glasses, milk and sugar, these can be found in the cupboard.

Although the roof is well insulated, it is of course nice to be able to adjust the temperature to your liking. The air conditioner can both cool and heat. In the summer, it is nice to open the windows, but it can sometimes be noisy in the center of the city. Then feel free to close the windows and turn on the air conditioning.

In the colder months, it can be quite chilly. When you set the air conditioner to the desired temperature, it takes about five minutes before it starts heating (due to the heating of the duct). After that, the loft will be comfortably warm in no time.

Of course, it is also nice to be able to relax. The lounge sofa at the rear of the loft is perfectly suited for this. There is a TV in front of the sofa, so enjoying a movie or series is wonderful here! On this side, there is also a skylight with beautiful views of the marina. In the summer, you can open this window to enjoy the fresh outdoor air.

After a long city walk, it's wonderful to be fresh again!
In the middle of the loft is the luxurious walk-in shower with toilet, floor heating and automatic ventilation.
The light is dimmable, so you can make it cozy and it is not too bright while showering. Because it naturally gets humid in the bathroom, it is nice that it keeps smelling fresh. The ventilation switches on automatically as soon as you turn on the light, and continues for a while after the light is switched off. This way, the bathroom always stays well ventilated and pleasant!

A beautiful sink should of course not be missing, and fortunately it is placed in a beautiful place on the outside of the bathroom. The spacious bathroom furniture with double marble sink exudes a wonderful feeling of luxury.
Above the sinks is a large mirror with built-in lighting and heating. By holding your hand at the bottom right of the mirror, you can turn the light on or off. Want to create atmospheric lighting? Then hold your hand under the mirror a little longer and the color of the light changes – so you don't always have bright white light.
In the bathroom cabinet, under the sinks, you will find a hair dryer, a hair straightener, toilet rolls, cleaning supplies and possibly extra towels.

An ironing board and iron are available on request. If you'd like to take advantage of this, just let us know.

The rest of the property is in private use by the residents. The front door and the stairwell up to the door of the loft are shared.

What happens on the street is quite audible in the loft. On weekends, there can be quite a bit of noise from café "Het Avontuur", as people sometimes want to stand in front of the door. We do of course have earplugs available and if you are really a light sleeper, please take this into account. We of course do everything we can to make the stay as comfortable as possible, and in an old building like this, it can be noisy. Due to the age and architectural style of the building, it is a bit noisier.

The complete kitchenette is equipped with all the comforts for cooking. Here, a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner can be prepared. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are included in the stay, of course for normal use!

To make the stay even more comfortable, the right cabinet is furnished as a wardrobe. There is a rod with clothes hangers and there is a cupboard with two drawers. Luggage can be placed next to the refrigerator, or it can be placed on the cabinet.

A good night's sleep without daylight is of course also important. That's why we installed automatic curtains. We can't ask our guests to climb, so we installed electric curtain rails. Point the remote control to the left side of the curtains to operate them. The right arrow opens the curtains and the left arrow closes them.

The apartment has underfloor heating in both the living room and the bathroom. Floor heating reacts slowly, so there is no point in raising or lowering the temperature extremely. It takes about 12 hours for the room to warm up one degree. The thermostat by the door controls the floor heating; preferably leave it untouched. To adjust the temperature faster, the air conditioning can be used.
Furthermore, the dining table can also be used as a workplace. With its own WiFi network, there is excellent internet with sufficient speed.

An ironing board and iron are available on request; please let us know if you'd like to use them.

The house is completely renewed with all the confort of a modern house. There is two rooms with each a double bed. One of them has acces to the garden.

The appartment is on the ground floor. The entrance is shared with the appartment upstairs which is also listed on Airbnb. Most of the time we live there too.

The space
Beautifully furnished room with comfortable double bed, a sitting/working corner and a pantry (no full kitchen, but faucet, sink, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery and plates). There is plenty of closet space for any extra brought clothes.

Furthermore, there is a skylight in it that can be opened with a remote control and there is a smart TV in the room.

The bathroom has a rain shower, washbasin and toilet.

The shared space is spacious with a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the marina.

The space
Welcome to this bright and cozy ground floor apartment, in the middle of the harbor of Dordrecht. With high ceilings and large windows, you will enjoy a spacious feeling and plenty of natural light.

The apartment features a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a modern kitchen with bar – perfect for a drink – and underfloor heating for added comfort. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom is fully equipped with everything you might need.

Fully equiped apartment in the city center of Dordrecht. You are able to cook or ofcourse go around the city for all the fine dining!

After roaming around the historic city center or discovering the national park “de Biesbosch” you can come back to relax in your own private sauna.

The appartment consists out of a spacious livingroom/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and the sauna space with seperate shower.

The space
When you arrive in our cozy airbnb, you will enter on the ground floor. This hall is shared with us, but after climbing 1 stair you will have a separate door with your own apartment. This is your own private area for the duration of your stay!

The apartment consists out of a spacious kitchen with a bar. The kitchen is supplied with all the nescessary kitchen appliances to prepare yourself a delicious meal. The following items in particular: wash/dryer combi, dishwasher, nespresso machine (cups included) and a microwave/oven.

The livingroom is connected to the kitchen via a small kitchen island. In the livingroom are 2 lounge chairs and 1 sofa. The sofa can be changed into a double or 2 x single bed (160x200 cm or 2x 80x200 cm). By use of the double doors you will access the balcony. The balcony is supplied with a small bbq egg. This is also the smoking area if you are a smoker, as smoking inside is not allowed.

With double doors, you will enter the bedroom as well. The bed (160x220 cm) is floating against the original stone wall, where the fireplace used to be. From the bedroom you can go to the extra shower and sauna space.

Towels and bathrobes will be supplied by us.

The apartment is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator, you will need to climb 1 stair.

Other things to note
There are no parking-spaces near the apartment.
Options to park your car:

Weeskinderendijk, 20 min walk.
This is free (you will need to check out and in every 24 hours in a parking app, otherwise it will cost 30 cents per hour after the first 24 hours).

Drievriendenhof parking garage, 5 min walk.
This costs 1 euro per hour, with max 20 euro per day.

The train station of Dordrecht is 550 m walk from the apartment.

Quietly located two room apartment on the edge of the center of Dordrecht with luxurious bathroom (bath and walk-in shower in the bedroom), a kitchen and the possibility to create two extra sleeping places in the living area. The apartment is decorated with art partly made by myself. The apartment is equipped with a record player with a spacious collection of Lp's. Theatre, pop stage, two cinemas , terraces, restaurants and the water bus to Rotterdam is within walking distance.

The living room and bedroom are connected to each other via a narrow open passage.
In the sleeping area you look at the bath from the bed and there is an open walk-in shower on the left.

The two large sliding doors provide plenty of light during your stay. The sitting area is south facing and in the garden behind is a lot of greenery. This combination ensures a pleasant sun in the garden all day.

The apartment has a spacious lounge area and features a TV and a Sonos speaker. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combi-oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, many utensils, etc.

Two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds – offer space for a total of four guests. Furthermore, the house provides a toilet room, a luxury bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room. During the stay, guests are free to use the washing machine, dryer and other equipment. Towels, kitchen towels, etc. are available.

In addition, guests are allowed to use the large storage room.

This apartment is located in the 19th Century Schil van Dordrecht, the first shell surrounding the historic city center. The city center, shops, supermarkets and the central station are within minutes walking distance.
