- "The host had given us the wrong apartment number so we ended up trying to get into the wrong apartment initially! The tedee app wasn't working for the apartment, so we had to call the host and arrange for a spare key to get in. This all took a long time, in the heatwave with elderly parents and children. A disappointing start. Once inside the apartment it was as described, although the sheets were stained on the double bed and there was very little bedding provided for the rest of us. The toilet was very small and not very nice to use, but did the job. Not good if youre claustrophobic! On the plus side there were clean towels and there were plenty of dishes and electrical items to use in the kitchen. Tourist tax was charged after booking and paying the initial amount for the apartment. I wasn't expecting any extra charges. It would've been better to pay this upfront. Nights are noisy as you're next to a night club which closes in the early hours of the morning. Not ideal but we booked it as it was available for a last minute trip to visit family who live in Tilburg. "

In short: a week is needed to see and experience everything.

The property is within walking distance of Piushaven, city center, Leypark and Fontys University of the Arts with many shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Cozy area where there is always something to be experienced! Rental of longer period due to Exchange is possible.

Very nice place to stay, surrounded by 27 holes golf course, the city forest013 and the mountain bike route of 18 km. During the day, you can work in the reception. The bedroom is in the ridge and there is a steep staircase to it. This makes it less suitable for elderly or less mobile people. Location is super accessible by car but not with public transport. We would like to pick you up at reeshof station. In fine weather, balloons start daily in the backyard and always welcome

After you have entered through the front door or entered yourself via the Smart Lock, you will end up in our hall where you can remove your shoes. Then you go up 2 flights of stairs and have your own floor at your disposal with a spacious hall with safety gate and seating. Of course, you have:

The apartment consists of two floors (first floor and the second - and last - floor), with its own private entrance with wardrobe and meter cupboard. The 1st floor is accessible via the fixed staircase. The hall provides access to a spacious living room, equipped with a 4 people table with 4 seats, 2 sofa beds, the TV and an ornamental fireplace. This room is particularly bright due to six large original sliding windows. On the same floor there are: a cozy kitchen, fully equipped with modern fridge, refrigerator, dish-washing, electric oven, microwave, a 4-burner gas hob with the extractor, coffee machine and water kettle, a 4 people bar table with 4 stools; a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer machine with the best and most efficient energy class currently on the market; a nice utility toilet.
On the second floor, accessible by the fixed stairs, there is a two-people bedroom, with a cabinet and two chests, with direct access to a private balcony, this one equipped with 2 outdoor rattan sofas and plants. The balcony has plenty of privacy and it is a lovely place to sit outside.
On the same floor are also located a spacious bathroom, fully tiled and equipped with a bathtub with shower, washbasin, toilet, radiator and mechanical ventilation; a corridor with multiple useful closets; the central heating room in a closed space.
It is equipped with shutters on the first floor and with double glass on the second floor.
The apartment has a storage room for the garbage on the ground floor which is located on the other side of the street.
