In one room, a desk can be used as a workspace. There is also a comfortable chair. There is also a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dishes. There is also a spacious wardrobe.
The other room is the bedroom with a single bed.

Guest access
Two rooms are for the occupant. The bathroom is shared. The rest of the house is private.

Other things to note
The room is basically available from 6 p.m. on arrival. At a different time, please consult.
Taking care of breakfast is not included in the rental fee, but are happy to be in consultation.
Upon departure, the room is available until 11am.

We are happy to rent out our separat guesthouse with sitting area, large dining table that can also be used for work, fitness corner and a 2-person bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A private terrace has also been thought of.

The "Tilburg University" railway station is within walking distance, as is the walking forest. An AH, Subway and Taco Mundo are also nearby.

This quietly located accommodation is tastefully decorated. Enjoy the birds and the space. Parking is free on the street.

The space
You enter the property through the entrance gate. Once you arrive at the guest house, you step into the hall. This provides access to the bathroom, living/sleeping area and toilet.

The bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower. Naturally, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, hand lotion and a hairdryer are also provided.

In the living/sleeping area is a 2.5-seater sofa with coffee table, television, free WIFI, large dining table with enough space to work at the same time. Furthermore, there are 4 chairs around it. Large white wardrobe and a 160x200cm double bed.
In the kitchenette there is a Nespresso machine, a water cooker, microwave, egg boiler and a hotel fridge. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with glassware and dinnerware for 2 people. There are also 2 sports equipment here.

From the hall, you also enter the toilet (separate).

Through the back door, you also have access to a piece of garden. Here is a small table with two chairs, so you can sit outside if the weather is pleasant.

The garden does not belong to the rented property, however, a small area behind the guest house may be used. There is also a table with 2 chairs.

From this centrally located space, everything is within easy reach. Close to the center of Tilburg and lying in the estate zone. City centre and sights are easily accessible by bike and car. It is detached and has a view of nature. It is fully equipped, such as wifi, TV, oven, bedroom for 4 pers., outdoor space. If you want to enjoy all the peace in nature, but also the cozy and busy life of the city, then this is the perfect place for you!

A Tiny house. A very nice, bright place on the outskirts of Tilburg city center in the outskirts. Lots of greenery and space with a lovely swimming pond and wood-fired barrel sauna. From the cottage you can walk into the woods or walk into the harbor or the center of Tilburg.
