The Coach House. The former storage room and garage for carriages has been converted in a special way into a two-person cottage. This romantic guest house has a spacious lounge / bedroom with two armchairs, a dining / writing corner, king-size double box spring, a separate toilet and bathroom with sink and rain shower. During the renovation, the doors were replaced by large windows extending to the floor, giving you a special view of the surroundings from the Coach House. The way in which the roof renovation is carried out also adds to the special atmosphere.

The Coach House has a beautiful concrete floor with underfloor heating. There is an interactive TV, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. In an information folder you will find the necessary information for a good and safe use of the Coach House and also tourist information about fun trips in the area, museums to visit, beautiful walking and cycling routes and where you can jog or mountain biking. The Koetshuis has its own sun terrace. The guests of the Koetshuis can use the sauna, located a few meters away from the Koetshuis. Situated 3.5km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. Your horse or dogs are also welcome with us.(surcharge)

Apart from the bed in the loft, everything is situated on the ground floor. The newly fitted bathroom is complete with a fantastic rain shower. The cabin is equipped with a fridge and if you want to cook you can do so in the kitchen or in the open pool-house which is equipped with a gas BBQ. (in winter cooking can be a bit cold)

We offer guests more than just a cosy room. The newly landscaped garden has a swing-set, see-saw and large trampoline where kids can enjoy themselves. The heated pool is available for all to enjoy, and if you fancy a game of pool or table tennis then no problem, anything is possible! See you soon!

Other things to note
Your pets are also more than welcome with us, there is an additional surcharge for this. For example 10 euros a day for your dog, and 20 euros a day for a horse including stable and feed. You are responsible for your animals at all times and be aware that the chickens and rabbits are sometimes loose, so please take care. The property is not fenced!

Welcome to the Zandhoef and Welcome to our Unique English Double Decker. This Fairytale Bus is on the edge of the forest with a spacious roof terrace in Efteling style. Throughout the year, you can enjoy a 7-person private Jacuzzi. The bus is ideal for 2 people, but 2 people can also sleep comfortably downstairs. Heated showering is possible in the English telephone booth. The kitchen is fully equipped.
You can walk into the woods via your own private path.

The space
Upon arrival, the original English doors open as soon as you press the doorbell. The bus has a large equipped kitchen downstairs with induction, an air fryer, refrigerator and even a dishwasher. Also downstairs is the toilet and dining area. You can take a nice warm shower outside in the English phone booth. Also outside is a lounge corner with a relaxed rocking chair, BBQ, the Jacuzzi and your own private path into the woods. Upstairs you will find the lounge corner in English style and the master bedroom. Here you can watch your favorite movie or series from the couch or bed (TV can rotate). Board games and interesting books are available upstairs in the closet. Upstairs, there is also a wooden door that opens onto the roof terrace in Efteling style. Here you can enjoy nature in the sun loungers.

The bus has two heaters and a heavy air conditioning that can also heat. On the premises, you can feed and cuddle our camel Patrick. And of course the Alpacas Dirk and Will too.
