- "The host had given us the wrong apartment number so we ended up trying to get into the wrong apartment initially! The tedee app wasn't working for the apartment, so we had to call the host and arrange for a spare key to get in. This all took a long time, in the heatwave with elderly parents and children. A disappointing start. Once inside the apartment it was as described, although the sheets were stained on the double bed and there was very little bedding provided for the rest of us. The toilet was very small and not very nice to use, but did the job. Not good if youre claustrophobic! On the plus side there were clean towels and there were plenty of dishes and electrical items to use in the kitchen. Tourist tax was charged after booking and paying the initial amount for the apartment. I wasn't expecting any extra charges. It would've been better to pay this upfront. Nights are noisy as you're next to a night club which closes in the early hours of the morning. Not ideal but we booked it as it was available for a last minute trip to visit family who live in Tilburg. "

enjoy this fresh clean compact (5m²) room in a modernized 30s house. the room but also the kitchen and bathroom are full of comforts, in the house itself we live with four people. In good weather we like to sit outside on our lounge set, which our guests can also use.

the house is a modernized 1930s house where we have a beautiful compact modern and fresh room temporarily available until 31/7/2021. the room has a single IKEA RAKKE bed with three storage drawers, a folding wall table and a wardrobe (no hanging). the floor has a beautiful laminate floor in oak design with v-groove. in front of the window hangs a darkening roller blind curtain. lighting is arranged with a beautiful modern floor lamp including reading lamp and recessed led spotlights.
registration at this address is not possible, but for an additional €75 per month, registration at another address may be negotiable.

the kitchen and bathroom are accessible to all residents and guests. the living room at the request of the residents themselves. But it's very nice to watch a movie together in the evening oid

We are a group accommodation (so at least 3 people and only 18+). Our B&B is especially for touring bands and festival visitors. We once started in 2013 with a mattress on the floor during big festivals in Tilburg where the city did not have enough sleeping places. We liked this so much that we gave it a permanent character. Accommodation is within walking distance of the center of Tilburg.

Unique, shared 6-person sleeping loft. Specially furnished for touring bands and festival visitors. Furnished with a special collection from Tilburg festival history, such as memorabilia from Roadburn festival, Incubate festival and Woolstock. There is a record player so you can listen to your new acquisitions immediately.

Our guests have access to almost the entire house, with the exception of a few private rooms. After the shows, you can have a drink in our living room with a nice cold beer. In the summer, you can wake up with a cup of coffee in our fantastic garden.

There is a resort surcharge. This is to collect the tourist tax and amounts to 4% of the accommodation costs. For stays longer than a week, the guest is expected to take care of the cleaning tasks together with the other guests. If the guest does not wish to do so, a surcharge of €35/week/cleaning (change bed linen, clean room) applies.

This is a nice spacious room. The guest shares a common toilet, bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden. In the kitchen there is dedicated space for guests.

On the 2nd floor is the bedroom (non-smoking). Neat cozy space with a comfortable bed, desk with chair and a large TV screen. You can make tea or coffee.
In addition, a large private roof terrace with chairs and table, where you can enjoy the sun all day until late at night (in good weather), makes the beautiful modernized room unique.

The bedroom is nice decorated en still cozy. There is also a desk with chair available in the room where you can take place for your work etc. Also you can watch tv on a big screen.
