This is definitely a safety hazard 3) The wifi is unreliable 4) The cutlery is limited. We had one fork 5) The frying pan does not work on the hi-tech stovetop 6) The closet is full of builder's waste 7) We could not get the heated towel rail to work 8) We only had five coat hangers, which we hung from screws that were literally falling from the walls 9) There is a smell of dampness. This may because there is no working electric fan in the toilet and shower areas. I bought a can of air freshener 10) The flat has a double bed and futon. There were two of us. We were refused linen for the futon even though we did not want to sleep in the same bed 11) There is no hairdryer Guests with mobility issues should bear in mind that this flat is accessed by approximately 40 steep steps.
