In order to ensure a pleasant environment for all, we ask that we pay particular attention to:

✅ Shower and bath: Wipe the walls after use to prevent the accumulation of limestone.

🚫 The accommodation is strictly prohibited from smoking, even open doors.
✅ If you smoke please only do so outside, keeping the doors closed to prevent smells from seeping into the apartment.

⚠️ Breaking the rules:
In case of cigarette odors requiring a thorough cleaning of the fabrics (curtains, cushions, sofa, etc.) or a prolonged lack of maintenance of the accommodation, a hold of €100-200 may be made on the rental guarantee to cover the additional costs.

Housemates' commitment:

Regular maintenance of private and common areas is the responsibility of the tenant for the duration of the stay.

If, during the exit inventory, intensive cleaning is necessary (e.g. encrusted limestone, neglected housing), a deduction will be made from the deposit.

Strict compliance with the waste sorting program is mandatory throughout the property.

No smoking indoors: smoking is only allowed outdoors, with doors closed.
