Home!!! This has been my "home" for some years when I was living in hyper-center Epernay (43m2 ). Now I have moved onto the next phase of life and into an ancient stone house in the suburb. I love food, wine (Burgundy and Champagne), travel, flowers, art and music. I have had much good time spent in this apartment. I love it a lot for the convenience, ambience, and quaintness. Now I am listing it to share my love of this apartment with any Champagne lover "friends". I wish you have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Epernay. It is across the street from a market which is held a couple of times a week. We were able to buy fresh meat/produce at the market and have a home cooked meal (which is great when traveling and eating out every day). The unit is a nice size and bigger than what the photos seem to show. The owner and caretaker are very responsive and check-in is easy. He gave us recommendations for eating out (we ate at La Cave à Champagne, which was fantastic).We had a rental car and there is public parking very close so it was not an issue.If we get back to Epernay we would definitely stay there again. A beautiful bright room in a townhouse on the heights of Epernay. You will appreciate the calm and nature of the countryside remaining close to the city center (5-10 min walk).
The bedroom is located on the 1st floor of the house, right in front of it you have the bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet.
The bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200), the bedside bedside, a desk with a chair and a wardrobe.
Towels and bed linens are provided.

The space
You will share the same access with me, but you stay on the 1st floor while I stay especially on the ground floor even if we share the bathroom.
It has a small private balcony arranged at the bedroom from where you can see sunrise and see the view of the city of Epernay.
The birds chirping and absolute calm.
I will be able to share the use of my kitchen could have your breakfast. If you need to cook, I ask you to use it only for vegetarian meals.
