The space
The room is on the second floor of a townhouse.
Spacious, it features a sofa bed area with a coffee table and TV.
Another space is reserved for the double bed.
In the center of the room, a table and chairs allow you to eat meals.
The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a walk-in shower.
Toilets and a sink are available on the second floor, next to the bedroom.
A kettle and a Senseo coffee maker are at your disposal.

Depending on your needs, rest, be alone or share, a meal together can be an opportunity to chat and get to know each other.

My house is close to transports : bus stop 2 mn, Wellington park 3 mn, railway station 12 mn, and Arras center 15 mn. You will enjoy natural light of your bedroom, ambiance, chtis neighbours and external spaces. My Bedrooms are perfect for couples, business travelers, trainings, studients and small groups. I like to discover way of live and hobbies of my guests and to share convivial moment when it is possible.

As soon as you come, please verify equipements which will be considered as in perfect state of use when you arrived.

Guest access
in total autonomy, from the mean door, guests can acces by corridor or stairs, to their bedroom and to the rest room with shower and toilets. Attention: there is no common room like saloon for the guests. Thank for your understanding.
