Furnished Béthencourt of the DRC of 25 m ² (shutter with each opening) located in a small street in one way which limits the number of cars. Parking is free throughout the beach and for the few squares on the street. For people arriving by train, a free electric shuttle exists since 2018, it can arrive in 4 minutes to the stop "Marina" 100 m from the rental.

Originally housing had only one main room. In order to keep a privacy in the "bedroom" part, the studio has a light-colored frosted glass partition between the "sleeping" and "kitchen" spaces which also allows to maintain brightness during the day in the "bedroom" area. ".

Located on the 2ᵉ floor of a secure building, this functional 20m2 studio apartment is ideal for a simple stay. It comprises a living room with kitchenette and a sleeping area, as well as a shower room with separate toilet.

The living room has a double bed, a dining area and a large storage cupboard. The kitchen has a small fridge, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle and all kitchen utensils.

Dieppe is a charming port town on the Côte d'Albâtre in Normandy's Seine-Maritime département. ## Transit

Whether you're a tourist, a business traveller or just looking for a seaside getaway, this district is easily accessible by various means of transport:

1. The SNCF train station
Dieppe station is a 5 to 10-minute walk from avenue Léon Gambetta. It offers regular services to Rouen (approx. 1.5 hours) and connections to Paris (approx. 2.5 hours via Rouen). This is a practical option for arriving without a car and enjoying the city on foot.

2. By car
Dieppe can be reached via the D925 or D485, the main roads serving the Normandy coast. If you're coming from Rouen, Le Havre or Paris, the A151 motorway and then the N27 will take you quickly to Dieppe. Avenue Léon Gambetta is easily accessible from the main roads, and parking is available nearby (pay and free zones depending on the street).

3. Public transport
Dieppe has an urban bus network (Stradibus). Several lines pass close to avenue Léon Gambetta, providing quick access to the town centre, port, beach and outlying districts. Intercity buses also serve neighbouring towns.

4. Cycling
Dieppe is a bike-friendly town, with cycle paths on several routes, notably along the seafront and in the main streets. The Avenue Léon Gambetta is ideal for cycling, whether to explore the town or to join the region's cycle paths, such as the Avenue Verte Paris-Londres.

5. La Marche
Located just a few minutes' walk from many points of interest (historic centre, beach, market, station), the area around 95 avenue Léon Gambetta is pleasant to explore on foot. Dieppe is a compact town where everything is accessible without the need for a vehicle.

6. Taxi or VTC
Taxis and VTC services (such as Uber or local applications) are available in Dieppe for occasional journeys or to reach regional stations, ports or airports. This type of transport is convenient for late arrivals or early departures.

For months, the Colbert Bridge will be closed to traffic, a pedestrian and bicycle walkway will be made available, sometimes the latter is temporarily closed due to strong winds or to allow boats to pass at high tide, also another walkway is present further on, it is called Gustave Roulland.
For cars, a detour is of course set up.

You will have permanent access to the rest of the apartment, as I am away, so you will be totally free and quiet.

The room is spacious and peaceful, with desk, storage, and a large window overlooking a quiet and bright courtyard.

The rest of the apartment at your disposal is composed of a kitchen with hobs, microwave, and small oven, a bathroom with shower and small washing machine, and also a TV area with sofa.

The space
Located in the heart of Dieppe, 2 steps from the large esplanade, the beach, shops, the market, the marina, and the most famous restaurants in the city.

Bright 35m² apartment thanks to 3 large windows. It is located on the 2nd floor and overlooks a very quiet courtyard.

The bedroom has a large 1p bed of 120cm, which can only be used as a 2p bed, with an extra foldable heater.

Long stays accepted and even welcome.

There is a small folding mattress, with its own sheets, for troubleshooting if you host a friend. In addition, the bed mattress is 120cm wide which is large for a 1p.

To park, the street parallel to that of the apartment, that of the waterfront, contains hundreds of free spaces, and there is also the free parking of the esplanade, all within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation.

There is a small washing machine in the bathroom that allows you to wash small amounts of linens (3kg max), but it helps well!
