On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom. We phoned the hotel who said we could have an upgrade. We eventually found the apartmend due to diversions. The gentleman who met us said he had checked the apartment and it was clean. After he had gone we found one of the showers could nit be used as a shoer as the holder for the shower was missing. One of the sockets where the standard lamp wasnt working, neither was the kettle. We had to boil the water in the microwave. The other standard lamp was leaning and fell over when you tried to move it nearer to you. A blind was missing. The cups were all chipped. The only good thing was the beds were comfotable and the room was warm."
