The space
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Fontainebleau, just steps from the pedestrian street and close to shops, schools, and public transportation. Just 350 meters from the famous Château de Fontainebleau, this apartment is perfect for enjoying city life while enjoying a pleasant setting. It is also close to the Fontainebleau Forest.
This 41 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a 1980s building with an elevator. It features an entrance hall with storage, a separate toilet, a separate equipped kitchen, a bright 17 m² living room, and a 10.25 m² bedroom opening onto a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The windows are double-glazed.
The apartment is equipped with all basic amenities, including dishes, kitchen utensils, bed linens, and towels.

To access and retrieve the keys, you must first pass through a white door with a code in the common areas ( code 634 )

Studio will be on the second floor
Access to the apartment must be from 3:00 pm.

Large studio of 25 square meters located close to the train station and the City center of Fontainebleau.
Perfect flat for nature lovers, climbers, students for short or longer stay.
It is located 15 minuts from the train station and 12 minuts from the City center, the Castle, and the forest. Perfect for a rest, nice stay, cook, relax and discover the beautiful nature and culture of the city :)

The space
Bed, sofa, kitchen with washing machine, oven, Bathroom with shower and toilets. You also have a TV (but I am sure you will not need it) but no wifi (I use the flat to be connected to the nature but if you need wifi, it is easy to buy a cheap simcard and have unlimited internet connection for your stay. The flat is very light, clean and quiet. The district is quiet and perfect for relax. It is also quite easy and free to park a car in the street.
You have all you need in order to cook and enjoy the nice food you can find at the Sunday's food market.

You can access all the flat which is a large studio. The kitchen is open to the living room. The bathroom with a shower and toilets in close by 2 doors. It is at the second and last floor and you can enjoy a direct light from the sun in the morning (sunrise light).
A late check in is possible because I can leave the keys in a key box.

I am always very happy to help you with advices and make your stay unique. Even if I am not present in person to welcome you, feel free to send me messages if you need any information!
I can also rent to you a crashpad or a bike which are in my basement for a symbolic rate.
My Energy provider is ENERCOOP in order to provide the flat with an electricity 100% renewable and without nuclear origins.
I am also committed in reducing the flow of water in the flat, in order to reduce the water consumption without reducing confort :)
