During your stay
I am regularly present and available in the accommodation for my clients but years of experience have taught me not to be invasive. So many cultures come to my house, I adapt. I enjoy sharing breakfast with my guests from time to time, but the feeling needs to be shared. Nothing is mandatory.
Other things to note
Two important points that I would like to highlight:
1) Smoke.
I can't stand smoking cigarettes or other cones. There is a balcony, you can smoke there but be sure to close the window behind you so that it does not invade the apartment and the surrounding textiles.
2) Late noise.
It is important to know how to live and not to disturb my neighbors who also appreciate the calm of the place. So I ask you not to make too much noise past midnight, I mean by the music too loud or a binge on my balcony, just education and know how to stand.
I am on good terms with my neighbors, it is rare and precious, I absolutely want it to remain so...

The rooms offer privileged access to a multitude of activities, both outdoors and indoors (Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, library, game room). This service is for all of our customers who have booked a reservation in our domain. Within the castle, you will also have the opportunity to meet other hosts.
All outdoor (swimming pool, etc.) and indoor activities are not private, they must be shared with everyone in the area.
For, the houses offer access to all outdoor activities (except inside the castle, available on request with fees and subject to availability, usually not on Saturdays), accessible to all those who have booked our house or room: swimming pool, trampoline, tennis court, badminton, volleyball, mini-football, punching bag, darts, as well as a selection of board games available in the houses. As for activities at the castle, such as the hot tub, sauna, gym, games room and library, a price of 30 euros per person is applied for the day (closing at 10pm). Nonetheless, when booking a room, this access is included. This is to avoid overcrowding in the castle and is subject to availability and reservation.
Access to this place is exclusively for individuals who have made a reservation for a house or room. Only people within the capacity limit of the chosen listing are allowed to enter. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, sanctions such as exclusion from the listing (or additional fees) may be imposed. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance (if you are about ten people, this will be considered privatization, while for one person a fee will be applied). Please note that privatization rates (parties, meetings, etc. with or without music) may vary (more expensive) and differ depending on the night.
